Everything was great and quiet floor

Everything was really good except no vending machines but room was remarkably and spotless very very satisfied

Loved the room setup with two queen beds plus the pullout sofa! The room looked very nice and clean. Breakfast was a super nice hot meal, with different options each morning. They were doing some renovations when we were there, but nothing that interfered with our stay.

Only think it was 10 am we were still sleeping an the cleaner kept knocking an tried to come in. I was naked an told her I was still in here til 12. Yikes must of been a mistake but I was annoyed just a little.

The hotel was under renovations at the time, so some of it was unable to be controlled. However, in my room, the television didn’t work, a lamp fell off the wall, the phone wasn’t connected and there was a very large urine stain on the pull out sofa bed’s mattress. Speaking of that mattress it was about 2 inches thick and I couldn’t imagine sitting on it, let alone trying to sleep. Breakfast was good and included. The staff were standoff-ish at check-in. Staff in the morning were friendly when we checked out.

Room wasn’t ready at check in. Staff was rude about it. Part of the lobby under construction. The whole place seemed poorly run. Shuttle was late for pick up that was pre scheduled. Glad I was only there for 12 hours

Front desk lady was nice. Atmosphere was unpleasant, it didn’t feel like I’m away from home in a comfortable area. It was decent.

The hotel was undergoing renovations when I stayed and were testing out the fire alarms which went on over 2 days and even in the mornings however otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.

The AC in the entire hotel was running but it was only pushing out hot air it was extremely hot humid and muggy in the hotel and rooms in elevated panels are falling off the walls and rattle really loudly and scary as if the elevator was gonna stop between floors the hotel looks as it appears to be under construction and there's no carpeting in the lobby people or guest smoking in the entry way as you walk into the hotel now I smell like smoke and that's disgusting had I know all of this I would have never booked this hotel at all

Some construction going on inside the property but other than that it was nice. Rooms were spacious. Could have used more towels and easier than just the 3rd or 4th floor for ice. Breakfast was typical. Nothing fancy. Overall, would stay here again for the price.

Latoya checked us in and she was wonderful. She followed through with everything and was very patient with us. She is a keeper! Room was clean, however, the beds were too close to a/c unit and wall unit on the other side. You have to slip down the bed to get out when both beds are being used. Parking was easy and accessible. We were able to enjoy the coffee but had to leave early to catch flight out, breakfast was not used but I 'm sure it was fine. We will use this hotel again, noting the easy distance from airport use and other travel. Thank you

It was an okay stay. Not horrible, not spectacular either. Out dated. Lobbyis lack luster. Lobby could be more welcoming.

Bed covers was teared , no extra bath towels available, no hair dryer in the room, no toothbrush

Parking was plentiful and lighting was good. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Room was well laid out. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Great water pressure in shower. Breakfast I gave 4 stars only because I am not an egg person, so I hoped for pancakes or French toast. The breakfast potatoes were delicious. They had fruit, cereal, yogurt, toast, muffins, juice. We would definitely stay again.

Hotel is infested with ants, front desk staff said they would send someone up to spray aka raid spray the corners. The other woman at the front desk said they know they have an ant issue but they won’t get an exterminator to fix it. “Under construction” just means it can be a mess & not have to clean it. worst hotel i have ever stayed at & will never choose a hyatt again
