Clean and friendly. Breakfast lacks eggs of any kind but is adequate. Towels are not replenished daily during stay you must request additional from the front desk. Nothing fancy but good value for the price and hotel is clean.

I didn't like that they charged me $15.00 for checking in early after they had told me I'd not be charged if I checked in early.

There was only 2 lights that worked in my room...bathroom and light on wall. The remote control had so much electrical tape on it and barely worked.

Good location and easy check in The door keys are aggravating, had to go get it fixed a few times , it’s a pain , why not use keys or something not so aggravating and not work 3/4 of the times

Check in was easy The rooms were absolutely filthy. Every surface had finger prints. The bathroom door had dirt fingerprints all over the front and back of the door. The bedding had cigarette burns. The corners of the floor and around the edge of bed have never been vacuumed or mopped. There was a spiderweb above the sink with bugs in it. The alarm clock and table had a layer of dust. The light fixtures had a collection of bugs. I wish I could add more than 4 photos.

Bathroom wasn't very clean. Non-smoking room smelled of smoke.

It was in a good location. Quiet, and comfortable. We had to keep asking for towels and toilet paper. They acted like they didn’t want to give us more.

This is a pet friendly place, even though we did not have any pets, they die accept them, but not sure all the details on pets. The room was not bad, they could get a new King Bed, it was starting to sink in the middle, bit not very bad yet, I was still able to sleep well. The shower head was one of those multi head ones, which some of the settings did not work., but what setting did work did fine. They do have shampoo and conditioner, the hair dryer seemed like it was going to die any minute. Regarding breakfast it was very basic, waffle machine, cereal, coffee, yogurt, bread, biscuits and sausage. No Eggs. Something to get you going. Overall the stay was only 1 night and and was worth the price we paid.

The room was horrible. Very dirty and old. Dirty shower, floor needed vacuumed, water bugs and the sheets have stains. I have plenty of pics

Ill informed staff notified Lebanon police and Sheriff department. WRONGLY stated that I was the person who had WARRANTS. Upon law enforcement VALIDATION that I was not that person. With their apologies by law enforcement. Yet the hotel staff did NOT accommodate me afterwards. Never again.

It’s close to a Walmart and a few places to go eat, and 30 min away from Nashville. It’s a very convenient spot
