Rooms were clean, the building was in overall good shape. The staff was friendly and made check-in simple.

The hotel was pretty good. Most public areas were kept clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The furniture needs updating. The couch had a huge stain across the back ~1 foot long. The beds were very firm and hard to get comfortable in. The pool had some weird film floating on it. The breakfast was about what you would expect.

Everything was exceptionally clean, the coffee was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. Even with the crowd, the noise level remained comfortable. The elevator could be improved, and the location felt somewhat difficult to access, with no direct road leading to it. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to try the breakfast because it was very crowded. The beds were not particularly comfortable, and the lack of carpet in the rooms was unusual. I also prefer individually packaged soaps over shared dispensers.

In the area for a Cheer competition with my kids. Super nice staff, super clean the breakfast definitely the best iv had at a hotel.

The room was very comfortable and very clean. The staff was super nice and friendly The only complaint we had was the indoor pool was ice cold we couldn’t swim, that was the main reason we booked a stay here so that was a little disappointing

Awesome location for a short stay right outside of Nashville. Incredibly clean and if ever in the area again and need to stay, we will absolutely be back here.

Rooms, lobby, pool, and breakfast area was very clean. Not a single staff member was "happy" to help. I staff hospitality and these poor people do notice their jobs. Traffic noise was all night. Curtains do not overlap window so as soon as the sun comes up, daylight comes through all 4 sides of shades. Breakfast attendant would talk extremely loudly at every guest and beg for positive reviews. It was just a lot for 6am.
