This is a pretty outdated LaQuinta. I thought they were all nice, but not so. When I arrived at the front desk to check in at 11 pm, the lady was talking to a customer about random things for about 10 minutes. My kids and I were exhausted. It wasn’t very polite to keep me waiting.

CONs: Only thing I can think of is that the elevator was a little loud.

My family and I stayed one night just driving through. The staff and the hotel were very nice.

The first room we were assigned had a broken off part of the toilet seat, about a third of the seat was missing. For the second room the first set of keys didn’t work. The toilet on this room did not have a seat lid, made that way. The room only had one chair. The steps to upstairs were dirty and the hallway was dirty but the room was clean.

Room was reasonable size. Breakfast included sausage, eggs, waffle (self made) biscuits and gravy, selection of pastries, and cereal. Guest service staff were pleasant and check in was quick. Room had faint odor of mildew (smelled wet, stale). While pet friendly, online prepaid sales dont mention the $25 pet fee and the $40 incidental hold paid upon arrival. Rooms weren't sound proof, so all pet noises were evident where we were placed.

The staff was alright, really didn't have a problem other than the room conditions. I took and sent pictures to the hotel but they somehow did not reply. I stayed with my family and cat, got into the room and noticed overall bad conditions including mold in the bathroom, and furniture in disrepair but decided to just stay it out because we had gotten stranded due to an issue with my son. I took a shower and was sweating the moment I got out of the shower because the bathroom didn't vent (probably something to do with the mold). My wife then went to take a shower a couple hours later and saw a roach. We immediately left and texted the "help" line the hotel sent to us, with pictures, and to this day haven't got a reply.

Poorly maintained property and rude front desk staff. You can tell the cleaning ladies do their best best they can but you can only do so much when the property is crumbling. As a courtesy I always ask where they prefer that I walk my dog. The front desk man said, “Wherever you can find grass I guess.” Then he stood outside the front door smoking in front of the no smoking sign, leaving a cloud of toxins for us to walk through to re-enter after our walk. The morning front desk older gentleman was rude to my husband when he went down to get breakfast, telling him to come on and get what he was going to get because he was closing breakfast area down, but it was supposed to be open another hour. The ceiling in our room had a huge stain from a leak, and a soft place in the floor beneath it. Many areas in the room where there were big cracks and holes. Bottom line… there appear to be nicer places across the highway. Check them out instead.
