Exceptional

We got bed bugs!!! And as was at the beginning of our vacation spent much time battling and cleaning. I am still extremely itchy and embarrassed. The bed was very hard.

The TV didn't work The microwave didn't work the refrigerator didn't work The lady at the customer service desk was high she didn't know what she was doing on some type of drugs you need to fire her and find somebody that know how t what did you didn't like about it I just evo work hot water didn't work The swimming pool wasn't clean The food was bad Everything above didn't like nothing about it in general is just garbage.

Bedding was dirty

It wasn’t very clean our room smelled and it wasn’t a clean environment Room was really dirty nothing wiped off

Unfortunately there was nothing that we liked about the property! We asked for a roll a way bed when we booked! When we got there we were told it would be to the room in 10 minutes. We had to go back down to the desk after an hour and we were told 10 minutes again. It’s was another hour before the bed came.. The room smelled like mildew. We had to run to Walmart and get air fresheners to make it smell good! The roll a way bed once it got there was small and the sheets were dirty. We stayed only stayed one night even though we paid for 2 because there was no way we were staying another night!

Not the worst I’ve seen but not good. Would not recommend and would not stay here again.

Views Uncomfy beds

The place was dirty. The clerk was high or something and couldn't even hold her head up to talk. Let some stranger into our family's room. There was a beer can and some pills on the floor behind rhe end table. Cobwebs in the window and the room had a smell. The good thing was, there wasn't any bed bugs. The fire alarm looked out dated too. It had a bandaid covering it up.

Bathroom had rust and needed refinishing. After taking shower used towel to wipe up water and the towel was discolored greatly. Breakfast was good. Juice machine was out of order. Bed was comfortable and clean. TV, ac were working. Good value.

Pleasant people and staff,clean place and a good breakfast. Easy to get to where we wanted to go. I wanted to cancel our second night stay because of health reasons and it took me almost an hour to find a phone number to Booking.com only to talk with your "A I COMPUTER!! It kept asking me the same thing even after I said "Customer Service". Finally I got a number or something that got me to " human" only to be told I was an hour too late!!! She didn't really have anything more to say but I am too late. Not even a sorry or good bye.!
