My room was filthy upon arrival, and the AC was not working. I requested a room change, but unfortunately, I experienced the same issues in the second room as well.

Nothing special about hotel

The hotel also charges extra fees for just about everything, and many of those charges are not clearly disclosed before booking. For what you pay, the value simply isn’t there. Overall, the stay was overpriced and disappointing. I would not stay here again. Pets and smoking !

The only one-time issue was that housekeeping forgot to clean our room once.

Good place

Wish the pool was open past 7, and rooms were super outdated. Are bed frame was falling apart, the fake leather was shedding all over the place. Staff was very friendly, restaurants were yummy.

Separate people out of our group had things stolen in the room, and one of people in our group walked in to find housekeeping rifling through her bags

Ok, check in was deceptive because they had people trying to get you to sign up for timeshare crap under the guise of checking you in. That is unacceptable to me as a traveler. After that the real check in lady was prompt and very polite. My next complaint is the stupidity of the parking garages not having a direct access to the hotel without dragging everything across the street. And never you mind if you have a large size truck because there oversize lot was closed! My truck fit in the garage but the amount of spaces versus people staying is pretty much inadequate. Then we run into elevator issues because there was a large group staying and they practically controlled the north tower so made other people have to use further away elevators to get off the upper floors. All in all the room was nice the stay was reasonably pleasant but things definitely need to change. Oh and a rant about the viva coffee, worst coffee my wife has ever had and after having to wait 20 plus minutes to get through the line to have disgusting coffee is just unacceptable to me.

The casino has terrible service. My 89-year-old mother was playing a machine and forgot her wallet when she switched machines, and it disappeared in seconds. I called security and filed a report, but they did nothing. There are a million cameras and thousands of employees walking around, but they don't solve anything. This tells me it's very unsafe to play at this casino.

Everything was great. Staff, amenities, casino and eateries.

Great hotel with even better prices, and loved that the train was near.

Don't be fooled by the no resort fee summer package as the price as booking expedia is the same you just get some slot play and dinner. Westgate is great just do away with the summer through the week resort fees. It's 105 degrees and you have unbooked rooms, what gives, wise up.

Casino was lots of fun. The slots paid out pretty well.
