Great hotel

Beautiful hotel however there is no clear signs in the parking structure on where their lobby is located so we had to go all the way around through the Mandalay casino which is something we wanted to avoid due to the smoke. It wasn't until the last day we figured it out on our own, check-in staff should make this more known upon check-in or signs should be made way more visible. Additionally they should provide instructions on how to access the Mandalay Bay pool as ended up going all the way around in hot Las Vegas heat. They're also renovating their lobby and at times felt a little crowded since it's one tunnel to 2 banks of elevators. Also the area to get in/out of the elevators funnels down and is a bit too dark for my liking - just personal preference. The rooms were beautiful and very clean however our ice machine wasn't working - we called twice and they said they would send someone to fix and have ice delivered to our room but it never happened. Things they need to work on but it's a luxury smoke free hotel. Would definitely bring my family again.

Stayed because of the pool, it was way to crowded and too many kids.

We went for my daughter’s 21st birthday. While I was not too impressed with the check in procedure through the app, the rooms were very spacious and well maintained. There was one night where our water got extremely cold, and I called down to Maintenance. They quickly fixed it and gave us a resort credit which we used out at the pool. The food at the pool was very pricey and not the greatest. Drinks were reasonably priced for being outside, and the pools are so much fun. Everybody from young to old in our party enjoyed each of the pools. Casino needed to play a little better music, but overall using the trams made it easy to get to dinner quickly. Overall, I would stay here again I was completely impressed with how attentive the surface was of the hotel.

Under construction, but we don’t mind. Great rooms with a lot of space.

Spacious rooms, great views, everything you need in one casino!

A lovely suite. Expected a room and was pleasantly surprised.. Nothing

Very nice hotel but the parking garage experience was the ABSOLUTE WORST that I’ve ever experienced in Vegas. We will not be back.
-
The W is beautiful. It’s shares the pool with the Mandalay bay hotel which is connected. But requires a nice walk to get there.
-
Large room. Comfortable bed
-
The restroom is not what I expected.
-
The rooms are spacious and we enjoy staying in a place that doesn't have a casino directly downstairs.

The room was very clean and I was surprised that it had a half bathroom. I would stay there again. And waking distance from the stadium helped a lot. Staff was friendly. I would recommend this to family and friends. Thank you for a great stay.

The room had grease marks on the wall, the bathtub had soap scum in it that you could see and feel while in it, and carpet/baseboards caked in dust. There was hair inside our ice bucket. The A/C can be set as low as 65F, but for the whole 3 days the room sat at about 75 despite being set as low as possible with fans on high and curtains shut. The only amenities this hotel really has to offer are the ones at Mandalay Bay making them a bit of a walk to access. The corner suite overlooked nothing impressive and we were given a pretty low floor even after paying over 800 dollars for just a room. The booking came with a 100 dollar food and beverage credit for the entire stay, and we didn't use the whole thing. Upon checkout, we were told it was covered and owed nothing. Then that night I was charged the money from my card anyway. I had to call (was given the wrong number the first time) and wait on hold forever (twice) just to talk to someone to have the charges refunded. I've stayed in many hotels, and this one was just not worth the price for how much of a hassle everything was and how few amenities there were.

We were treated terrible by the front desk person. She was rude and acted angry not helpful at all. We were told to come back at 3 for check in which is normal, but they didn’t offer us to have an early check in even if we would pay. We came back at 3:45 and were told there was no room until maybe 7pm, too many people were there and they didn’t have rooms available! I had booked and paid for my room with 2 months in advance. Other people were getting rooms as this was happening. Finally talked to a manager and she said she had to steal the keys from another client so we can get a room! And of course they gave us the crappiest room facing a wall and air conditioners. We were too tired to complain and change rooms. Never staying there again! They need to train their employees in customer service.
