Be prepared for check-in lines. They have a kiosk. But if you want to manually check in and took us about 45 minutes.

Great stay as always

I wish my hotel room was cleaner. Stains on the carpet. Dusty telephone and tables and stains on the ironing board. The price of food was also quite ridiculous but I get it. Vegas. Other than that, my stay was okay. When I come to Vegas again, I would opt for another hotel to stay in.

This facility is in need of major renovations. The carpet is wrinkled up in many areas of the casino along with the hallways to rooms. causing a tripping hazard. Very few elevators that work in the blue & green sections causing very long waits and very long walks to your room because you had to take the long route. Bathroom sink and tub drain very slowly. Bathroom ceiling above the shower is showing bubbles in the paint, along with dirty coloring. Air conditioning can’t keep up (even with curtains closed as they recommend). Air conditioning unit also has constant wet carpet surrounding it.

No fridge, pool was disgusting, no smart tv, and only one pool open. Last time I stayed the hotel was well maintained and this is the reason we stayed again. Will not stay at Luxor again.

Clean, friendly staff that help me to check in with their new system , easy check in and check out

The only thing I really did not like was checking in and checking out. There was not a human person to help you. You have to do everything on the tablet. Otherwise I love the hotel. I loved the cleanliness of the hotel. The housekeepers were great and I will be returning next year

The hotel is nice and clean , beds are comfortable, good hot water in the shower however new carpet & paint in the hallways everything looks dark and old compared to the other hotels they look more vibrant

The lobby and casino are nice, but the rooms and hotel property are neglected. The elevator is old and has broken pieces. You have to walk through dimly lit hallways to get to your room and the odor of marijuana in the halls is strong. The hotel room had mildew growing on the table, a broken shower door, broken shower head, rust on the ceiling, and flashing light bulbs. The toilets also rattle the pipes in the walls so you know when your neighbors flush. It is clear that maintenance and upkeep are not a priority.

Check-in was not a good experience. My family and I stay here once a year. This year, I think they are trying to go digital, but it caused more problems for so many people. After a day of traveling, standing in multiple lines was not what I needed. I tried checking in on the MGM app but it wouldn't recognize my documents. Others in line said as much. Once I received face-to-face staff, it was amazing. My representative was nice, fast and friendly!

The hotel is in major need of renovation, the elevators are super sketchy and to get around is very confusing

Hotel rooms out of water and then they had self check in kiosks all not working but open made no sense. Slow incompetent staff checking in new customers. Staff at the front desk were rude and useless. Managers did nothing.
