This is our resort of choice for Las Vegas. Quiet property that has access to the main strip workout all of the hustle and bustle. Great family resort, lazy river is awesome. Kitchen in the suite is always superb. Worth the money and value.

Clean rooms, nice staff, good location

Property is run down and dingy. The shower was cracked, stained, and full of mildew. The separate jacuzzi tub was nice except the jacuzzi jets feature did not work. Went to use the washing machine, it smelled awful, left it open for two days to air it out, but the mildew stench was overwhelming so we couldn’t do laundry. Arcade was great for kids, but nothing works in it. The kids won tickets and didn’t load to the cards. Spoke to manager about it and they said it’s happening to everyone but wouldn’t refund the cost of game card or load tickets. Then when cashing out for prizes, the prize machine didn’t dispense correct prizes. We stayed 5 days and they would not clean rooms without charging a large housekeeping fee. They will bring fresh towels but will not tidy rooms unless you have longer than 7 day stay. We tried to utilize the free shuttle and Gonzalo who worked at concierge couldn’t explain the shuttle schedule, pickup locations, and basic information. Lastly, since there is no housekeeping services, they ask you place your trash in the hall, so as you walk the hallways, they’re lined with trash and it also creates a lovely odor. Positives-lazy river my kids loved, good food at bar restaurant, spacious, quiet, and fully stocked kitchen.

Laundry in the room, building 2 needs an ice machine but aside from that we LOVED our stay!

We enjoyed it 😀 😄 🙌 😊 ☺️

The room was great! We loved the pool amenities. However, the customer service and staff were lacking. I needed help with something that I had lost, and I was blown off by several staff members from the front desk. One security guard was very helpful. The process took over an hour, I kept having to follow up, and the front desk wasn't even busy.

Hotel is great for families. sometimes a bit over crowded but worth the stay.

The atmosphere walking in was beautiful The person checking us was very pleasant and even had the same first name Linda. The rooms where very, very and clean. If we needed anything there was no questions asked just what we needed. I would definitely recommend booking a reservation

Easy access to pools. Clean room and customer service at desk was above and beyond. Great staff overall.

The only complaint we had this time was the lack of luggage racks. I saw ONE the entire time we were there. When I asked about it at the front desk, I was told that there is one for every tower and that guests were hiding them. Even if there was one for every tower... that would still be a total of 3 luggage racks for the entire resort??? There are 850 guest units... it would be nice if they had enough to provide one for every floor at least. Other than that, we love it here. And will absolutely stay again.

Lazy river, sand beach for kids, bar and food available poolside plusses. People saving chairs, time share offered but not required, not enough lifeguards on duty so pool closures are a problem. Rooms very nice, glad I purchased through Expedia, as rates can get very high!
