Staff are nice. No complimentary water, coffee or tea in room. Parking is free which is helpful. Bed is too soft.

When we arrived instead of getting a 2 queen bedroom we were given a one king bedroom, the neighbors were very noisy till very late at night almost 3 am. When I asked a staff member what to do for checkout, he sent me to the long line with one staff member atvthe front desk. I needed to catch my flight, so it was stressful. After waiting a long time in line and after I asked another staff member, he told me I could leave the keys with him.

The extra charge just to have a fridge in your room seems crazy on top of the daily resort fee that you pay. Easy access to the Aria monorail, Dolby theater, and lots of options on the strip.

To start off I checked in at the kiosk and said my room wasn’t ready, it said it would send a text once room was ready, well almost an hour and half later nothing so I went to front desk and asked and they automatically gave me a room no apologies or anything just here you go so then I asked if it was the equivalent to what I reserved for she just said yes, needless to say the kiosk wasn’t more convenient it actually had us waiting longer. I wasn’t very happy with the room, it didn’t have a mini fridge they said I could rent one for 35.00 a day but I could’ve sworn it said was included in my reservation stay. Shades in room only opened 1/3 of the way and I was told that is like that in all rooms when I paid for a Vegas strip view which defeated the purpose. Bathroom was nice and casino was nice. I more than likely won’t stay there again. Overall I’ve had better experiences at other hotels.

It’s a nice hotel nothing spectacular but being non smoking is a bonus.. would I stay again?? Probably not.

Non smoking and access to many events.

I loved the non-smoking benefit of this resort. The pool areas were clean and relaxing. The variety of eateries was perfect for us and the resort is close to a lot of other things. Would definitely stay there again!

I really like this property, especially because it's nonsmoking!!! This is a big plus for Vegas, where so few hotels are nonsmoking. It's also conveniently located in the middle of the Strip and is perfect if you're going to a show at the Dolby Theatre. I've stayed a few times and will do so again.

I love staying here every time because of the location, cleanliness and most of all, smoke free facility.

I checked in on my birthday and it was hassle free. The staff was helpful with helping me find activities during my stay, when it came to meals selections they had a variety to choose from. My over all experience there was amazing, it was a great first time visiting.

Honestly, just about everything at this property was great. The hotel is well maintained, the staff was friendly and attentive, and housekeeping consistently cleaned and refreshed the room quickly. My only minor complaints are the lack of a coffee maker and mini fridge in the room. I also noticed that the room temperature didn’t seem to stay consistent while I was away, so it was often warmer than expected when I returned. Those are small issues, though, and overall I had a very good stay and would gladly stay here again.
