What a deal. Never stayed in a nicer place for less money and have paid a lot more for less room. Clean and functional room with basic amenities, and many inviting spaces outside to enjoy. Not for everyone, but I will be back.

Very beautiful and peaceful center garden with swimming pool.

Staff was very helpful and friendly!

Cleaner sheets , towels , towels smelt kinda funky. Maybe add more amenities in the restroom. More pillows and better pillows. More security on the door. Other than that good hotel.

Lots of parking, great courtyard with Koi pond pool and barbeques.

It seemed like a good location at a great price. Unfortunately, in the rush of my trip and so many hours of driving, I didn't read the fine print in the email. I couldn't stay there because check-in must be completed by 10:30, and I couldn't get there by then. I had to drive 4 more hours to get to a place where I could stay.

Location was with in 20 minutes of the Fairgrounds. Went to reception Friday morning and asked for an iron. No irons on site, was told where a store was located to purchase one. Asked the location of the ice machine, was told that there was not one and that I could bring a cup back up to reception and he guy would give me some. Reception called my cell 15 minutes asking how many dogs I had in the room. I said I had 2 for the night, but they were not in the room. He said my dogs were barking and security said my dogs were barking in my car. I said that was impossible, I had slept in my car (the man who was in the room next to us sleeps with a CPap machine and I could hear it thru the wall, so I grabbed a pillow and went to my car. Told him if he didn't believe me, he could check the security cameras. He said that there were several complaints from residents. I asked, who? I had talked to the man traveling on the motorcycle. I also had to avoid the drunk couple getting into their truck. When I got off the phone, myself and roommate when to reception to view the security cameras and said that the evening receptionist had come to the room and played with my two puppies and could verify that I had two. I need to add that while we were talking, his dog behind the counter was barking at us. He said he didn't like my attitude and that I would need to leave by 10am and he was cancelling my final night.

I stayed at the Big Chile because of the close proximity to the bike paths. Las Cruces has some nice paved bike paths and like the rest of New Mexico only gets 310 days of sunshine each year.

This hotel was fine for an overnight stay while on the road. This older property has been given a second chance by a friendly and caring staff. Room was clean, a/c worked, there’s coffee in the lobby in the morning, and staff are super friendly. Parking lot is secured by a gate after 10pm. Fine with me! I would definitely stay here again.

Looks are deceiving. This is a clean hotel with friendly staff. I enjoyed my stay there.

The rooms were a bit rundown but, were good size. Having a stove and refrigerator was a plus.

The room was dirty... couldn't walk on floor without shoes. The amenities were old. The parking was behind a gate, but the front desk made a point to tell me if we came in after 10:00, we could just push it open. We slept on top of the covers...

Property is older but clean. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable.

We made reservations several months ago. However, we did not the same rooms as we made reservations. Because they said those rooms which we reserved were not available. And they arranged different rooms. We were so disappointed.
