Comfort Inn & Suites Las Cruces Mesilla

Clean room. Good beds. Older fixtures, but everything works fine.

There were only a couple of minor things that caught my attention, all relating to the breakfast. The scrambled eggs were very dry, probably indicative of having been sitting out. I desired some plain yogurt and I only saw flavored yogurt. I was eating in the last hour of breakfast service so the conditions could be attributable to when I was eating.

Las Cruces Mesilla property, the shower needs to be replaced. Shower floor is very spongy and holds water.

Nice place to stay - not brand new but well maintained. Appreciated how nice the bed was.

Clean Really nothing

Basic Comfort Inn. Roof was a 4/10 on cleanliness (hair in shower, stained towel etc) and everything was a little tired. This isn’t far from par at economy brand motels in my experience. The staff was helpful and professional but they only have so many cards to work with

Not very kid friendly

I've stayed at a lot of hotels in Las Cruces visiting family over the years. I was extremely impressed by the Comfort Suites and will definitely be returning to this location. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Centrally located to Mesilla, NMSU, and the interstate. I will be returning in the future.

Very nice place to stay, older property but we'll maintained. Staff are really helpful and accommodating for most request.

I gave only 4 stars....because poop bags being provided in case travelers forgot theirs would really be a small but very helpful thing to provide which most hotels which allow pets do. Also...better snack selection for if your food area is closed. I know you could do this because other comfort inns do it and most hotels have a more extensive selection of things that are a bit more meal-like like Stouffers or Hungry Man or something. Maybe little burritos or pot pies ;). Just a suggestion...because those small geatures would go a long way to improve the whole experience. Otherwise a very nice stay....and I want to personally thank the entire staff for being sooo kind and helpful!

I still can’t get over the fact that you need to request room service if you stay more than one day. I know it just takes a phone call to request but I prefer to come to a clean room. Everything else was great.
