Very comfortable rooms with a poor view of the business building next door. Overall a good place to rest and breakfast was good.

The engineering staff set the thermostat temperature to whatever they want. The thermostat in the room is operated by an occupancy sensor which does not detect any movement over night, resulting in resetting the temperature to whatever the engineering team set to! This was intended to save energy at the expense of the customer's convenience!! I had to wake up twice at night to make sure the sensor detected me and that my temperature setting is reactivated.

Freeway close. Booked a king and received a room with 2 double beds. Big disappointment and worse, there weren’t enough staff to help correct the issue. I was on a business timeline so I could wait in a queue of 5 parties ahead of me to hopefully receive the room type I booked.

Bed had a stain on it but overall was a great stay.

One of the elevators was not working. Long wait time for the elevator.

Overall, I had a great stay. The breakfast was good, the gym was excellent, and the proximity to restaurants was a bonus. My only complaint is that 1 of their 2 elevators was down for the entire time I was there. This made wait times really long. Their stairwell access wasn’t convenient either.

Great location by 5 freeway on ramp north. One block away IHop, Panera , the hat, Taco Bell, neat clean. One elevator not working. The other elevator took 3 that were full before we could get on. One couple got tired of waiting so they walked down 3 flights of stairs. One elevator had a staff member and a huge laundry cart so we could not get on. Wait time up or done was a long time!

I would like to offer a few suggestions for improvement. The breakfast hours (6:00–9:00 a.m.) felt a bit short, especially for families on vacation. Extending breakfast to 9:30 or 10:00 a.m. would be appreciated. In addition, the breakfast menu was very similar each day, so more variety would benefit guests staying for longer periods. The check-in process was also slower than expected at busy times, likely due to limited front desk staffing. Finally, one of the two elevators was out of service during our stay, which resulted in long wait times, especially over the busy holiday weekend. Despite these issues, we had a great stay and would gladly return. Thank you to the team for their hospitality and service.

We would definitely stay here again! The hotel was everything you want in a hotel. Clean rooms, comfy beds, professional staff, and great amenities. My daughter enjoyed the heated pool both nights. The hotel is in a good area with several other hotels on the same street. And to top it off, the lobby has a wonderful scent welcoming you to the hotel.

The elevator was broken and it delayed the transfer. It was a very busy weekend with graduation, baseball and basketball tournaments in the area. There was a huge amount of guests and having only one elevator was not good.

They had only 1 working elevator. Then I got in on the 5th floor to go down to the lobby. The elevator stopped working while I was in it with 6 other adults and 5 children. We were stuck for over 10 minutes. The little girls were upset and I have severe anxiety and felt so sick.

Location, sound proof rooms, the BEST BREAKFAST I’ve ever had at a hotel that was included when I booked my room. I stayed here one night and they were amazing. Gave me a later checkout with no charge and sooooo helpful. I cannot put into the words the value you get for what you shell out. Beds extremely comfy and staff superb

Great property, convenient, clean and lots of amenities onsite and lots of offerings surrounding the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
