No cambiaron la habitación durante los 4 días de mi estancia, se lo pedimos y no hicieron nada.

Everything you need close to Disney! Shuttle doesn’t operate a lot so we just drove to Disney…. But other than that, great stay! Comfy beds

The door was very hard to open and the shower pressure was way too rough and high and the beds were a bit small.

Good value for the money - good clean room for one night / very basic.

Staff was non helpful I was rushed to settle for a double bed room with out dated bed and mattress was hard pillows hard you can hear folks walk by and screaming until 2AM tubs was small soap stacks microwave was in bathroom with refrigerator

Great customer service and security was phenomenal. I forgot a sweater and they were able to locate it and secure it for me.

I was originally supposed to be on the first floor. When checking in the staff member at the front counter informed me that I was on the first floor and if I wanted to be on a higher floor. I really appreciated him asking if I wanted to move to a higher floor since I was traveling alone.

Staff was very helpful but we did not have a good stay. The shower was leaking the whole night. People were smoking and swearing by the pool. And next door there was a party going on right outside our bedroom until 3am. Staff told them to be quiet and go in their rooms but they continued to yell in their rooms. We did receive free buffet vouchers so that was really nice but overall would not book again.

They’ve been upgrading the property, which is nice. The outdoor pool looked clean, didn’t have time to get in though. The only downside was the elevator closest to our room was down, and we were on the 5th floor. We did use another elevator, but it was out of way

We travel with our small dog, and this property is very dog friendly. They have really nice potty areas on property with waste bags available. This location is perfect for a budget friendly way to go to the Disney parks, Disney Springs, lots of dining options nearby. We did not use any of the amenities, but the pool looks great, they have a splash pad and park. There is a buffet and other restaurant on site, plus a nice shop for your needs, some suveniers, and grab and go lite meals. You cannot go wrong with a Rosen property.

That said the staff is lovely, the gift shop had plenty of things reasonably priced. Location is good and the pool was well maintained. Room was clean and bed pretty comfortable. If there was anyway to lower the noise I would go back but the lack of sleep ruined the stay for me.

Me gusto la ubicación del hotel. No me gusto que se ve un poco descuidado y muy pasado de moda en mobiliario, etc. Se siente un hotel barato. Elegimos este lugar por las fotos de las áreas comunes, el splash pad para niños estaba cerrado y fuera de servicio… desilusión . No se parece a lo mostrado en fotos de publicidad

The hotel grounds are well cared for. It would be nice if the rooms were equally as well cared for. Our first room smelled of smoke. Staff was kind and switched us rooms promptly. Second room was damp and the carpets were disgustingly dirty looking. The ac didn’t end up cooling at all so we had to switch to a 3rd room. Again the front desk staff was very kind and accommodating. But the overall lack of cleaning and maintenance in the rooms are very off putting.

Don’t stay here. I walked into the first room after a long day of being at the theme park, tired and wanted to relax with my family. I noticed mold on the ceiling corner by the closet/ bed area. Called front desk, was moved to a room on a different floor. Room had mold on the ceilings. Informed front desk and was given a different room on a different floor (now 3 different floors). By this point I’m feeling stressed because my plans for the day have been ruined, the plan was to go back to universal studios after checking in. I go to the bathroom, see mold on the bathroom walls, the ironing board was full of mold. All 3 rooms looked like they had just been painted, I’m assuming it was to cover up the mold. The doorframes are rusted and painted over. If they’re this careless with what’s obvious in plain sight, I don’t want to imagine what their “cleaning” is. I’m being very specific because this ruined my day and I hope it can help someone else. I got a refund and booked a different hotel last minute.
