Great hotel in a great location!
-
Did not have my room ready until 45 minutes past check-in time. I feel like they were understaffed.
-
The restaurant had mediocre food, but also nice staff. I wish the hotel had some beach chairs to borrow, as this is a pricey stay and one amenity would have been nice.

Excellent service and beautiful property

nice location, nice ocean view from room

Was running late getting to the hotel, and decided to call to make sure to check in on time. Was then informed by hotel that they "unfortunately" did not have the suite that we had reserved (on June 10 and confirmed on June 11th)...? They claimed that they did not have my contact information to let me know prior to us showing up. Obviously I cannot even "cancel" the reservation now, and will have to figure out how to get a refund on a suite that was paid for, but that we never got to enjoy on Fathers Day as planned! Shameful!

I felt that continental breakfast should be included in the price we paid per night also the $30 dollar credit for the morning seemed like a scam to get you with more charges this needs to be improved !

We stayed in the one bedroom suite. High floor. Great view. The room was well designed and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The added poolside coffee bar is a nice upgrade to the property. Location is convenient. Price is mid-range but worth it.

Very clean and quiet. Staff was very kind and hospitable. Absolutely would stay here again $

The hotel itself on the outside looks pretty ran down. But the inside is beautiful it’s definitely aesthetically pleasing. Staff was OK. We had issues with parking.

If you are a light sleeper and get room 1009, ask for a different room. The restaurant is directly above it, and chairs are being moved making noise until after midnight. Then around 3:30-4:30 am the food deliveries are made. Very loud rolling cart noises and boxes being dropped on the floor above. When I brought it up to the front desk, they gave me ear plugs. Great view, convenient location, but we didn't get much sleep!

Great location, not as hectic as the cove, but easy access to the beach. Nice restaurant/bar with stunning views at sunset. Room was nicely appointed, if a little dated in aspects. Balcony was great. I paid for all the extras on booking.com and didn't get all the extras by any means: - king size bed (x) we had 2 queen beds for our anniversary. :-/ - high floor (x) 4th floor as there were no high rooms left due to overbooking - $50 f&b voucher per day (x) was given $50 in total, supposedly due to the first two points, not because I paid for them - early check-in/late check-out (partial) got a late check out, but requests for early checkin went unanswered and our room wasn't ready until 4pm anyway. I would advise others not to pay for extras on here since the hotels don't honour them.

Loved the bed and the property. A little loud from street traffic, but that’s to be expected based on location. Neighbors doors slamming constantly was a bit loud but we also just may have had inconsiderate guests next door.

I do want to acknowledge that the receptionist was kind and genuinely tried to help us. The manager was initially dismissive, which made the situation more upsetting. To their credit, they did move us into the correct room the following day, and that helped somewhat. Unfortunately, the experience still affected the enjoyment of our trip. When guests reserve a specific room, they expect the hotel to honor that reservation from the start. I appreciate that the issue was eventually corrected, but I wish it had been handled more professionally from the beginning.

We were told air conditioning would be fixed for our whole stay, nothing got better. No apologies, or even a room change. Not sure how they can stay in business??

Much improved over a couple years ago the restaurant is excellent and we come to this hotel every couple of months because of its proximity to family
