Pool was the highlight. Got Jacuzzi room and liked the soak, and bed was comfy. Our housekeeper was great too. However ..... took forever for maintenance to get our tv working at check in. Broken furniture throughout the whole room . Rained hard and water came in under the door .Breakfast was a joke . Lots of ' foot traffic ' outside ....( if ya know ya know 🙄 ) but finding the pair of shoes my son found on top of a trash can lid full of drugs and glass paraphernalia was enough for us ! NOPE

The location and room was nice and comfy Needs more chairs and tables by the pool and also outside the rooms. Needs better breakfast options.
-
Like the location and cleanliness. Air conditioner did. It work the last time we visited as we have visited more then once. Pool is never open! Breakfast is basically muffins or honey buns.

Needed a bed for 8 hours on a road trip. Room had a strong musty smell. Breakfast was coffee out of an enclosed machine with a push button and a muffin. Room was dated, mattress sucked.

Quiet, local to gas stations, restaurants etc. Tv/wifi didn't work at first but one of the staff came and fixed it quickly. Bathroom doors looked like they had been kicked in before

Absolutely one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. This property is NOTHING like the photos or reviews shown online. The entire hotel felt dirty, neglected, unsafe, and poorly maintained from the moment we arrived. We booked two rooms while traveling with a young child, and we genuinely did not feel safe staying here. The “continental breakfast” advertised online was laughable — a pile of cheap packaged honey buns and mini muffins sitting beside an old juice machine. The pool looked abandoned and appeared as though it had not been functional in years. The rooms themselves were disgusting: Mold growing down the bathroom doorframe Sticky substances on furniture and surfaces Cigarette odor in a NON-smoking room Cigarette burns in the blankets Cobwebs and bugs in corners Water underneath the bed Chipped paint and damaged walls Broken duct-taped drawers Exposed electrical wiring hanging from the wall Stained lamps and damaged tubs My friend’s bathroom door looked partially shattered from being previously kicked in The biggest safety concern was the room doors. Neither our door nor our friends’ door would properly latch or lock unless you slammed your entire body weight into them. Traveling with a toddler, this was terrifying. There also appeared to be almost no visible security monitoring around the property. To make matters worse, I requested a crib through Booking.com and received confirmation that the request was approved. At check-in we were told a crib would be brought to our room. It never came. When we called later, another employee rudely informed us they “don’t have cribs and never have.” Then came the billing nightmare. We were charged far more than the original quoted reservation amount, and it took FIVE DAYS of fighting to finally get our deposits returned. This property was severely misrepresented online and should not have the rating it currently has.

Breakfast was the pits, not worth your time. Staff were helpful checking in, and absent on check-out. The location was quite helpful for our travel purposes. I had better breakfast choices at a Quality Inn for less cost!
