Never changed out sheets no clean towels never took out trash out. Very bad customer service

It’s fine if we’re only staying for one night. If stay longer, I’d go somewhere I was hoping the facility was cleaner than it was especially for the price we paid but Again, I’ve definitely stayed in worse hotels.

The Hotel stay was fine. The facility was not maintained well. The grass was way high and there was trash all around the property. It looked as if this property sat abandoned for awhile and had just re-opened.

Check in was a hour and 10 minutes behind. The lady had a horrible attitude. I was upset and explaining I was upset, she tells me to stop talking so she can explain that they do not have to adhear to their 3pm check in time. The pool looked terrible, wouldn't even get in. The ice machine only worked on the 3rd floor. This stay was my worst ever. Probably will never do this hotel again. I only came to this one because my daughter's bestie was staying in it too, or I would have gone somewhere else. I know my grammar it's terrible, that's okay I am extremely good with numbers 😂

Nice location near Cincinnati Downtown, parks, and restaurants. Staff were very helpful, rooms are good and comfy.

Appeared clean/ value Cockroach in bathroom. Left for management to destroy. Told hostess, asked for management to call. Still waiting….

Safe, clean and conveniently located hotel. Close to the interstate and restaurants. Complimentary breakfast is a great bonus.

Very clean rooms, staff was welcoming and breakfast was great. Room air conditioning was set at 66 degrees and I had to raise the temperature.

The bathroom door did not shut, there was a gap in the hall door. It was very loud. The lamp was broken in the room.

noone at front desk for 1/2 hour at least .. since incouldnt check in i left to another hotel.. i called hotel management and they said there was nothing they could do.. i walked around the entire property and found nonstaff personnel… I want my money back!!! 3 other people were waiting to check in.. I was not alone

Overall the stay was good. My only issue was the hair my friend found on her clean washcloth, the giant bug that was in the bathroom that appeared out of nowhere and the housekeeping staff wanting to know if we were checking out and which room we were in. The cleaning didn’t need to occur until after we were gone.

Clean motel, spacious rooms, bed hard as a rock, breakfast ok if you like burnt eggs and sausage.

The room was great for travelers passing through the area.
