Silver Lake Resort

The rooms are clean but our first room had no AC then the second room had no hot water the first night. They don’t do anything about the people smoking marijuana so the whole building, elevator and pool areas just reek of it. We stayed here twice but may not stay again.

In addition to the bed, there was a slipper belonging to a past guess located under the bed that was stained. In the other attached room, we found female eyelashes that weren't cleaned up in the bathroom, and a finger nail entangled inside one of the pillow cases in that room. Behind that bed, was a childs toy that was left behind, that housekeeping failed to remove. So, I'm lost for words honestly. Room #9308 G & H

We checked in closer to 5 and found the cleaning crew still in the room. They rushed to get out and it showed. We had no trash bags and found food stains on the walls. The shower door wouldn’t close. We called for both bags and maintenance and neither came. The room is comfortable enough and the beds are good. I like the space and it’s very close to Animal Kingdom and other dining. It’s fine for the cost but don’t expect luxury.

Maybe should have more pots and pans; that’s my only constructive comment.

I like the clean rooms, the staff was friendly the virtual golf room was under maintenance so we didn't get to use it, overall everything was great

It was very nice and we enjoyed our stay at this property.

She made me really mad. Second thing was the pullout bed/couch. Metal pieces jagging into my son’s back. Was the worst pullout couch ever! That mattress shouldn’t even be called a mattress! Other than those two horrible experiences the rest of the place was superb. Loved the room and amenities, loved the pool and pool bar. My son loved the food at the marketplace inside the lobby. I would definitely stay here again. Just a heads up about the pushing of the time share. That was obnoxious!

Stayed in a 2 bhk villa. Dont expect room service to come and clean unless you request one. All the trash needs to be removed by yourselves on daily basis if staying longer. There is a thrash bins nearby. Location wise good and closer to parks. Recommended

Great place relaxing

This resort is a great get away the rooms was great but the bed wasn't need to be replaced but over all we will come back

Very nice resort, but will try to sell you on the timeshare stuff for your parking pass. Very pleasant stay and close to lots of resturants and things to do.

Needs an update and needs to be more modern

Property is amazing, the staff is very friendly and check in process was easy. First time here and I will definitely come back.

Amenities were very good. Getting pool towels was complicated. Would have been nice to be able to get recreational equipment before 9am.

I love the environment the people the pool the room I was in nice and clean tub overall I will be back

Rooms were ok, but property is very dated. Beds were old and creaky. Will not be visiting again.
