Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center

The resort, its staff and the whole experience was amazing.

What a great hotel to come with family. My kid LOVED the waterpark, and atrium. I enjoyed that everything was enclosed and felt safe for kids. We ate at Moor inside the boat and wow what an experience that was. We had the superhero buffet breakfast and the selection was yum yum! My favorite was the Smoke salmon and the omelette

The property is so well kept and so beautiful! The pools are great for kids and the restaurant options are amazing and truly love the many options.

My overal stay was good but I had a few issues. The television keet pausing the entire trip. I call the front desk and the technincian ssaid due to weather condition they received a few complaints about the telivision programming pausing. The problem I had the weather was perfect my entire say 6/12 - 6/15. Those rooms are not cheap so i expected everything to work as expected. I would have given 5 stars

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. Everything was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The facilities were excellent, and every area of the property reflected high standards of cleanliness and quality. The location was perfect, making it convenient to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The customer service exceeded my expectations, and the attention to detail made my stay truly memorable. I have stayed at many hotels, and this is by far one of my favorites. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and outstanding service. I will definitely be returning in the future! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended!

Price of reserving loungers at pool. Also no float devices at the river raids as in previous visits. Had to walk it and it was not pleasurable. A small criticism of a great stay and a great staff!

The resort was amazing it was well worth the experience and my hope is that if I am ever denied entry it is because someone else is getting to experience it for the first time. Bad weather may mess up plans however the hotel’s amenities makes you forget the weather inconvenience. My one drawback is that the house coffee was horrible…

Always a fabulous experience.This particular stay was for my daughter's fifth birthday and the hotel and resort never disappoints staff was always courteous and amenities were always clean. cyper springs water park was also clean.Everybody was very kind.The only thing that I disagreed with was not being able to bring a small cooler in the cabana I paid $538 for when all I was gonna do was transfer what I had in the cooler into the refrigerator that was in the cabana that I paid $538for. i can understand not bringing alcohol beverages in there.But if it's a cooler under a certain size, and the person paid for the cabana to spend the whole day, then it shouldn't be an issue. As far as that goes, I think it was silly and there should be "loosening of the ropes " there, but everything else was on point..
