Room and staffed very efficient property not well maintained. Elevators didn’t work during my stay.

Older hotel. The plumbing fixtures in the shower area were not caulked and moved around when you tried to turn them on. The water was scalding hot so be careful with kids

Nice pool area , and drinks and food reasonable priced . Property is dated but ok for price point . Area was good for food options .

It was a very good!

The staff were so friendly and very helpful. The resort was clean and well kept. We had an issue with our air conditioner and the hotel staff and manager did everything to resolve the issue quickly and with minimal disruption to our stay. The pool was amazing!! It was the highlight of our stay. I would absolutely stay here again.

The bathroom toilet was very low to the ground. Plus the tub shower was slippery. wish there was a microwave in the room .The lobby was excellent with the Starbucks plus the wave bar and restaurant. Although it was limited mixed drinks not a full service bar . Rose our bartender was excellent both at the wave and the pool bar . We found that the breakfast buffet was too expensive for us . We can not eat $25 worth of food each . Got our breakfast from the Market ( Starbucks ). We were there for four days . Pools were clean . Most resorts have free parking where we were charged $24 a day plus $25 a day for day charge on top of the nightly room . Making it cost another $200 plus tax . So my $355 stay became $555 . Not worth coming back to there are too many other resorts in the area. They do not have any in fees . Room #1405 Pat Ciaccio

The place was nice, i just think some of the rooms or the bathrooms inside the hotel rooms we booked can be upgraded, and the breakfast option can be better than the given $25/room/day. But overall it was a great place to stay at. The restaurant and the pool area they had were the highlight of our stay there. Very friendly staff and the food are priced reasonably and amazingly delicious. The distance to disney is also one of the best especially after a day full of walking and waiting, we drive about 15 mins and we’re back to the hotel. Definitely worth the stay.

I was traveling with a large group , some of them were assigned rooms that weren't ready. It was a little frustrating having to go back to the lobby and be given another room that was not ready either. There was only one of two elevators working.

The property is lovely. We have been coming since before Marriott took over and appreciate the improvements. But mostly the staff. Marisol has been there many years in various areas but always goes out of her way to make our stay wonderful. Top employee for sure. Cory and Tina at the front desk also help with our many room request to keep our family trips with rooms bear each other

We stay here a lot, and I read it every time we love this property we love the amenities we love the staff we love the comfort of the rooms The only thing I would change is, I would get better towels for the pool area. The ones they have are really thin and not very absorbent. You have to use like three of them.

Very resort style feel, loved that there was two pools. The outside was so pretty and definitely captured the Florida vibes. Wish breakfast hours were a little bit more convenient for those on a tight schedule, or maybe a to go option included? Main reason booked was for the shuttle service although we did not use it as much due to the limited availability/times it ran. Would have liked to see more back and forth times throughout the day.
