A good affordable hotel to stay if your on a budget

Staff was friendly. Lawn and pool were not well maintained. Room was small but bed was comfortable.

The hotel needs updating inside and out. It smelled in the hallway and in the room.

This place was not top notch but it was quiet and clean

Stayed in the hotel 5 days, sheets and room never cleaned. The faucets had corrosion and what looked like mold. Asked the staff for water, didn’t have any. Water out of the faucet smelt awful.

Nothing was great like the advertising showed. Algae all around the pool my 5 yr old granddaughter couldn’t swim in it. I saw German roaches crawling in my room I tried to get refund but the rude old man I guess was the manager would not refund my money. Very dirty place linens looked like they’ve never been washed. The grass hasn’t been mowed about 3ft tall around the whole facility. I travel to Kissimmee all the time very frequently and this was the worst experience I have ever had. I’m a six-year-old man. I travel a lot and this is the worst. I highly recommend not going there. Nothing!

Location There’s no respect regarding sleep, you have guests coming at 2 am extremely loud, there was a maintenance guy knocking next door at 6 am and cleaning ladies or the people that check if the rooms are empty extremely loud at 8 am. I was there for 2 days couldn’t sleep more than 4 hours.

Always a good night! Quiet and clean!

I was actually surprised the room was very clean and everything worked. Only complaint is that the room had a little moisture but the hotel was very quiet and peaceful.

The Building was clean for the most part except the toilet had black mole. The staff was friendly for the most part there were a couple people that were unfriendly. Air conditioning worked fine and no Complementary Breakfast!

The staff was amazing and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Great value for the price. Our flight was severely delayed and we didn't arrive until 4am. Staff offered a late check-out and were so friendly and professional even at the early hour. Few outlets in the room.

The location, it was just what we needed for the night. A bed and shower They advertise free breakfast but only had coffee. The bathroom is very small
