The 2 bedroom suite was excellent! It was a very nice apartment type layout with all the amenities.

The room was always clean, and housekeeping did a great job every day. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options included in the price. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Clean room and good location

Customer Service Terrible from the start. The manager, an woman, was not friendly at all. , but she definitely doesn’t know how to deal with customers. I arrived a little early for check-in and she told me the room wasn’t ready. She gave me several excuses, and in the end she said they were cleaning it. I want to point out that this was a lie, because I checked the reviews and they have done the same thing to other people. Then they told me to wait and that they would call me when my room was ready. I waited almost an hour at reception but they never told me anything. I decided to leave because I have two kids and they were getting uncomfortable. By then it was 3:30pm and my check-in was at 4:00pm. We went to eat and kept waiting for a call from reception to get my room, which never came. By then it was almost 5:30pm. We were tired and wanted to rest in the room we paid for. We went back to reception to ask for the room since they never called. At 6:00pm they finally gave me my room, with a thousand excuses for why they never called. Room I paid for a suite with a balcony. I got a suite in the building farthest from reception, on the first floor, with a balcony that was really just a back door with a view of some bushes. I had to fix it later, and they moved me to the 3rd floor in a building a little closer to reception.

Pool bar service was not friendly or top notch. Rather a little rude. Cleaning service was good and the breakfast staff were excellent. Especially the omelette crew.

We loved staying here and wished we could have stayed longer. Our room was amazing and spacious. We will be back.

The best stay we had ever! The suite was great. This was more than enough space for us (2 adults and 5 kids). Room was clean and spacious with a balcony. There were so many food options within 5-10 mins, Walmart/target close by with many other stores! Our kids loved the pool! Breakfast is buffet style every morning with such a great staff crew. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend and we will be back next year!

In general, everything was fine, just I will recommend the management to be sure the people of the front desk ( not all of them) to be more kind with the people in specific with other ethnicity.

The hotel was as described roomy, nice & clean. We had everything we needed. I would recommend and will be back soon. I didn't have any issues checking in, breakfast was good and happy hour was a plus. It wasn't a long wait for the shuttle to go the H2O waterpark. Overall it was a great stay.
