Hotel is 5 min. from Kagoshima Central station, very convenient location. It is next to a 7-Eleven and a Family Mart store as well. Easy to get food along the same street. The room is spacious and clean. For a simple stay for a few days, I did not find anything that I really do not like. everything is fine with me.

The location only 1. Very old building and the inside of the building looks quite old too.. 2. the room during booking mentioned 2 twin beds, however, the beds were one twin and another one was mostly single bed. 3. The morning meal only served Japanese breakfast; few breads but no jam or butter to go with bread. the staffs of the breakfast area were nice though … 4. the front desk guy is quite unfriendly possibly towards us as Asians … not sure ..

Excellent selection to ease into an early Shinkansen departure (in my case) from Kagoshimachuo station - flat walk in 10 minutes. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Hotel ncorporates a restaurant used by guests and locals. My booking included 'half-board' - had a delicious meal selected from a range of set menus.

Location was decent. Breakfast included Late checkout is charged per person rather than room - never heard that one before. Staff were not very pleasant. Parking was overpriced.

NIL The room is very dusty. We can see a tick layer of dust when we take up the tissue box on the headboard.

I think the alarm clock in my room was not working, but it was ok as I had my mobile phone. I think there was a special extension lead in the room that allowed you to charge your phone without using your own wires.

Very bad experience, reception seems don‘t want speak one more words. Room is too small, very old facilities，even dare not to take shower.

Not much to like Rooms were grungy, dreary and old. Windows and window sills were filthy. Bedspreads left a lot to be desired. one of our rooms had futons and the tatami floor had a really bad odour. Breakfast was very basic

Meal both dinner and breakfast Reserved for Non smoking room, there was no smoking smell in room . But outside of room smoking smell quite strong .

The futon was super comfortable and the blanket was fluffy and really warm to sleep. Also the bathtub was big enough to fit even me.

good, comfortable stay. Traditional Japanese breakfast facilitated by lovely ladies clearly proud of their hotel & food to a high standard. Delightful for a foreign traveller to see. everything went well

Breakfast was really good Facilities are a bit old and there was a lot of dust in some areas. It was especially thick on the light bulb of the bedside lamp.
