Staff was extremely cordial and helpful. Went on a day excursion to Kanoya, Japan and hotel allowed us to store luggage there after checkout and retrieve it prior to taking Shinkansen bullet train to Fukuoka, Japan. Food was a combination of Japanese and American and was standard for a business hotel. Toilet was somewhat noisy.

The breakfast buffet was superb! I like the onion soup best. The smell of the room was a bit off - I dont know if it was the AC but when we switched it on the room smelt a bit off. Other than that our stay was nice.

Very close to the station. Free breakfast served every morning till 9. Friendly staff. Being close to the station is nice but the trade off is, you hear the train from your room at night and early in the morning. If you are a light sleeper, you might not enjoy the disruption.

The room was clean and as described. Breakfast on Sunday was a nightmare. No space to eat and no food to collect. Never experienced before anywhere.

The location was very near to the train station. This place provided free breakfast which was fabulous. They also had washing machine and dryer in the common area for the guests to use for a reasonable cost. Just be aware not to get confused with another Toyoko Inn which was also nearby ?

Great location, easy to find, good size room & space for luggage. Breakfast was nice. Friendly & helpful staff. Able to store luggage safely before 4pm. Everything was great.

Only the location. I made a mistake, booked and paid for 2 rooms in advance. When registering to get room cards then I was informed about my mistake. When I requested to cancel one, the staff simply rejected my request. Such customer service is very poor!

The room was comfortable and had everything that we needed for our short stay. It's close to the main city/department stores so quite convenient for a short stay. The highlight was probably the breakfast buffet because there was a great variety of food and it was pretty delicious!
