Parking is questionable, cleaning staff was parking in the Diamond spots

Mins early. Parking lot was empty. I asked if I could pay to check in an hour early. He did not even look just said no. I had somewhere to be in 45 mins. When someone else came up I asked and received a room. It was an odd interaction. Hotel is located by a closed mall.

Sink didn’t drain. Breakfast was okay.

The staff was very accommodating, at first there was difficulty finding both reservations but they found them and things were good!

Our experience was amazing. Everything was clean and perfect for our family stay while visiting Chicago.

We had a wonderful day at the Hampton in Joliet. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had at any hotel. The bed was super comfortable and the staff was wonderful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Room was fresh and clean, pool was working and descent sized, and breakfast was great for a hotel. Always love this chain.

Front desk staff was very professional and courteous. Breakfast was satisfactory. Ample Parking.

Breakfast choices were standard and acceptable. The coffee, however, is rather weak. It really needs to be stronger. We've stayed in some hotels that use fresh ground machine to brew individual cups as desired. That is far more preferable. Room was quite comfortable. The vanity in the bathroom is a little small and was difficult to have toiletry products within reach. Also, the air conditioning controller is quite bright! There should be an off buttom, at least a dimmer, or a cover over the controller so its not lighting up the room at night. Maybe a little shade for the outdoor sitting area?

Pool was nice but the bed was like a rock to sleep on The bed

They made me feel like my concerns were not important and did not address them. The sink in my room was backed up both days when I told them they said it would go down and it took a while. The bathroom towels were yellow and it smelled of mist in my room.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfasts choices

On one hand, the front desk team during the afternoon and evening shifts was absolutely wonderful. They provided excellent, attentive, and welcoming service that truly enhanced my stay. On the other hand, the morning service was highly disappointing. The lady working the morning shift was consistently unhelpful and had a very dismissive attitude. It felt as though she was treating guests with reluctance, which stands in sharp contrast to the hospitality shown by the rest of the staff. While I appreciate the great work of the evening team, the morning service definitely needs management's attention to ensure a consistently positive guest experience.

The property was easy to find, clean and quiet as far as the guests. I didn’t like that they gave me a room on the first floor right by where they were doing some obvious carpet cleaning and had multiple floor dryers running. I checked into the hotel because I had just had surgery that week and my husband and I were visiting his family for the holiday and I wanted some quiet time and space to rest. If you have a noisy air dryer going all night you should not have it where you are placing guests.
