We stayed at this property about two years ago. At that time it definitely lived up to what we'd expect of a Hyatt property. However, the property has noticeably declined in quality since that time. The check-in desk has been moved to the first floor in a small, enclosed and unwelcoming area of the hotel. I had difficulty getting the attention of the staff when I arrived for check in. Two staff members were in a conversation they continued without even acknowledging my presence and letting me know they'd be able to assist me shortly. The carpets in the hallways were stained. It is still the most convenient location for catching the Path train into Manhattan and has a wonderful breakfast with a view of the Lower Manhattan skyline. It's sad to see such a quality hotel in decline.

It is too close to the light rail train. It is noisy till 2:00 am in the night and then start to get noisy from 5 am in the morning again. The hotel needs better windows to block the noise outside
