I have never been in a more disgusting room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It had roaches also. I walked in and back out

Nothing The roach and fly situation was out of control. I had to bomb my daughters entire car and had to throw out most of her belongings due to the amount of roaches and eggs.

Ive spent more money on cleaning supplies and bug spray than ive even spent on the room just to be able to go to sleep or even TRY TO EAT. the first 4 days I absolutely could not eat there were roaches EVETYWHERE COMING OUT THE WALLS TV EVEN IN FRIDGE BUY THE 4TH DAY WHEN I FI ALLY HAD TO MAKE THEM GIVE ME THE MICROWAVE OUT THE BREAK ROOM I STILL AINT TOUCHED IT BUT TO WARM MY HEATING PADS FOR PHYSICAL THERAPY THERE NO WAY ANY HUMAN SHIULD HAVE TO OR COULD SLEEP IN CONDITIONS LIKE THAT! IT SEEMA AS IF THE LINGER I STAY THE WORST CONDITIONS KEEP GETTING

Genuinely nothing Poor lighting,poor staff management,passive aggressive attitude towards guests,can’t accommodate for the services provided, doesn’t have manager on premises in addition it’s against policy for you to get into contact with said manager,

The roaches, the overflowing backed up bathroom sink, the less than helpful desk staff, the rude manager, the broken tv with no remote, the toilette leaked every time it was flushed

I had a very disappointing experience staying at this motel. The door lock was broken and did not work properly, which made me feel unsafe. The room was in terrible condition and clearly needed serious repairs and maintenance. On top of that, there was no hot water during my stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

No refund for terrible unclean room and having my room attempted to be broken into by a stranger

The room was dirty. The stove, refrigerator, tub, floor. Curtains, sheets and bath tub was terrible. The room needs a whole makeover. Nothing was clean. It look like someone was staying in the room prior to us staying there. There were people outside at 2am in the morning like it was 2pm playing music. We got the room so my husband can get a good night sleep. We were up all night scratching. I’m convinced the room had bed bugs. The front desk had the nerve to say no refunds. My dog was barking all night. They didn’t sleep either. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
