Room was very clean. I had a decent experience, nothing to complain about. Staff was very helpful.

Pool was empty, and bad as it was out of service

Rooms were a mess and had garbage in them on arrival.

They need to clean up every hotel room and keep the patrons safe and make vacation more enjoyable.

Nothing This place was nasty Black mold on walls and ceilings beds were uncomfortable and looked unsanitary and the door locks weren't secure. This is more important because the place was full of questionable looking people openly smoking dope ( not legal state) and drinking. I was there for surgery at a near by hospital we couldn't stay after the surgery for fear of infection. We drove all evening to get home after a 4 hr surgery. Place refused a refund for the second night of our stay commenting we should have "checked it out better if infection was a risk" Con game it looks nothing like the photos. NASTY

I liked the price The fact that they advertised a pool and hot tub but neither one was available. So did not stay at the hotel went to another place that had what we were looking for.

The food was mostly breakfast but I kinda like it The pool the pool had no water so no one in the pool

Very rough area, sketchy people hanging outside late at night.

Outside looked decent, but the standing water in front brought a lot of bugs. The lobby was okay, but the room was very dirty—my white socks turned black from the floor. Shower was fine, but most amenities didn’t work, including the pool. Strong marijuana smell everywhere. Breakfast was very basic. Overall, disappointing stay.

SO HORRIBLE THAT WE DIDN’T CHECK IN. The “staff” had his back to the front desk, another was on his phone in the lobby, trash cans overflowing, lobby, pool area, property in front ALL EXTREMELY DIRTY. Do NOT stay!! Please see attached photos

Shower was not clean, pool was unavailable, breakfast was very limited, and smell of smoke would permeate the room everytime neighbor lit up.

Later that day, my kids were playing on the floor and came over with black, paint-like smears all over their legs. That's when I realized the black coloring was actually coming off the floor. It was getting on their feet, the sheets, the bathmat, and the bottoms of our bags. I went to the front desk and asked if we could move to a different room that didn't have the flooring issue. After explaining what was happening, I was told, "they all do that." Since it was already after check-in time and we couldn't switch rooms until the next day, I asked for a few extra towels so we could avoid stepping on the floor. I was told no because "if he gave me extra towels then there wouldn't be towels for the other guests." Between the flooring issue and the lack of any real solution, we decided to leave early. The one positive was the Hotels.com representative, who was very helpful and was able to get the remainder of our reservation canceled, including that night's stay.

The room was absolutely filthy I should have never taken my socks off. Our feet were black and we have to wipe them off before even putting my socks and shoes back on. The door was open when we arrived, and we were too tired to walk all the way back up to the front desk. At least there were no surprises waiting inside. Will never stay ever again.
