Embassy Suites by Hilton Jacksonville Baymeadows

I loved everything about this hotel my family and I enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful and the front desk clerk that checked us in was awesome!! It was just a joy to be there will definitely stay again

Embassy Suites Jacksonville FL was not up to standard for the Hilton Brand...Room was old & dirty...Next time will stay at actual Hilton namesake hotel when traveling

The hotel seemed old and was not very clean. Our room had trash under furniture and bathroom shower wasn’t clean looking.

The room was dark, low ceilings, smelly carpet, pretty dirty room, chairs and beds are pretty old.This hotel definitely needs a total renovation.

I have been a member of Hilton for years and this was my very first stay, at an Embassy Suites Hotel that wasn't top notch. I was on the 7th floor in room 731. The ceiling had leakage that dripped on the bathroom floor and the bed was sunken in and just horrible. I have never given a bad review before and I hope this is not concidered as one. That room really needs attention. I will continue to visit the Embassy Suites every chance I get to take a vacation and will continue to go to this location because I absolutely love Jacksonville, FL. Thank you!

Breakfast was very good , pool was clean , hot tub is warm but lacking jets that really work , the only real negative was my room 627 was freezing ,when i first got into my room ac was set at 75 but it felt like 64 , i turned it up to 79 but it still felt like 69 when. i went to bed . Other then the cold room , it was nice and id go back again .

The room was very spacious with a comfortable living room area to relax in. The amenities were very nice!

It was amazing, my husband and I really loved it. The Staff was so pleasant and helpful especially Matt and Adria. Even the security officer that was on duty Friday was helpful. I would love to stay there again and will recommend everyone to stay there. Love it. I don’t have anything bad to say about this hotel.

I love the kitchen staff the food was good, the guys making the omelettes were super nice and energetic, bartender was nice, front desk was helpful, rooms were clean, overall enjoyed the experience. Shout out to Mathew who always makes sure that our stay is exceptional!! We always stay at the Embassy whenever we are in town and first impressions are everything. I didnt like the fact that the front desk associate was helping guest while being barefoot. Maybe she had a good explanation for it ,but for me it was very unprofessional. Overall really enjoyed my stay!!

All staff was helpful and inviting. We enjoyed the nightly manager’s reception. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast had a good variety of options. Overall great stay!
