Pool down but not notified (wasn't on website when we arrived), no breakfast, floors so uneven in room we tripped a few times, people smoking pot in the rooms around us, desk people were on their phones and rude when we went down to ask questions...

MOST of the ladies at the front desk are very nice and helpful I wish I knew the two ladies names I was referring to. I asked for sheets for three days in a row and just got some yesterday.

Exceptional unexpected full breakfast. Pleasant staff and uncomplicated check in. Dining area kept clean throughout the breakfast service. Quiet accommodations, and access walkways were well lit. No assigned parking. The pool gate was still locked mid to late morning. Couldn't seem to access local news on the TV. Outdoor common areas could use a little attention ... lots of dirt (vs grass), litter, sticky tables ... Also, $100 security for a senior citizen and 14 year old granddaughter seemed excessive, however it was returned promptly enough. Why do in room coffee condiments include only a tiny packet of creamer??

It was relatively quiet. Not enough towels. Staff were not friendly.
