Tru by Hilton Jacksonville Airport I-95

The room floor could have been cleaner, but it was ok for a quick overnight stay.

Had a quick stay overnight. It was close to the airport and had a timely shuttle ride the next day.

I always love coming to this hotel before a cruise. Its clean and the staff is always friendly.

Room was clean except what looked to be pubic hairs in the bed & a big indention in the bed. Made an uncomfortable sleeping position. Batteries were dying in the remote. Overall 3.8/5

Room was clean and comfortable enough as expected, could have used another chair. Breakfast at Tru is pretty bad - nothing healthy except a bowl of unripe bananas and some apples. Egg omelettes were hard, dried out and not at all good. The yogurt came from a machine that said, “real cane sugar and vanilla”, we much prefer real plain yogurt, ripe fruit. Really we didn’t go there for breakfast, but it would have been nice. The coffee, on the other hand, was very good.

This has been one of the best experiences I had. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff was pleasant, courteous, and professional.

So convenient for flying out of Jacksonville, periphery was well maintained.

The rooms were very clean, quiet, and the beds were relaxing. Love staying at this hotel. The staff was friendly as always and the convenience of food places around was helpful. Recommend staying here.

The property was well maintained, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff was great.

My main complaint is the shower being too slippery. There was a grab bar, but I almost fell a few times.

This was our first time stay at Tru and I must say e glad we did. The hotel and room was clean and air conditioning was working. They have a lot of parking and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

breakfast was ok. what impressed me was the helpful customer service people, especially Alexis. They were very helpful when my vacation fell apart
