Clean value for money

Room was clean and comfortable. Airport shuttle was excellent and we were able to park our car at the hotel.

Everything was great!

From the time that me and my family walked in we were treated with kindness and amazing hospitality by the staff. The place was very organized and neat looking. Then when we went to our room it was nicely cleaned, organized, and the beds were very comfortable. Then in the morning when me and my family tried the complementary breakfast it was delicious and hot. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Can’t beat free parking, clean rooms and a little breakfast on your way out the door.

Airport shuttle was absent. Driver was late due to traffic violation while traveling to begin his route. Almost missed our flight after calling Uber. Everyone told us to be there ten minutes early and the shuttle was still not here at 5:20. Thirty minute problem and many of frightened travelers. Probably will seek a more reliable shuttle service in the future.

Friendly and efficient staff. Loved the lobby with everything centrally located--food, game area, elevators. Great idea. Big rooms.

Breakfast was great. Bacon, eggs, pancakes, etc. Enough variety to satisfy about everyone. Parking was easy. Airport shuttle was a little slow, but a very large group was ahead of me. Clean rooms and comfy bed.

Negative: The mattress was uncomfortable; lumpy. But overall this was a positive experience.

Everything was nice in the lobby and halls. Our room had sticky floors. Appeared they needed a deep cleaning. Biggest drawback was no room service but that is livable. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Would stay again.
