Breakfast is good, free shuttle bus to airport, room is clean and spacious, only one thing need to improve is the pillow, a better pillow will be a plus

Great hotel!

Exceptional

Reached a little early but was still accommodated and a clean room was provided. Breakfast was excellent the first morning we stayed but was so-so the next morning. They had a social event on Wednesday evening which was good.

Proximity to John Wayne Airport The side we were on now has No view- blocked all view but the white wall. Also, the breakfast hour should go until 9:30 on weekdays. I dislike paying $20 nightly to park my car.

With airport shuttle and walking distance to restaurants. Clean and spacious rooms. Front desk staff nice and polite.

Great staff great place loved it I only wish they’d have more no pork or beef meat options

The room was clean and breakfast was included in our stay which was ok my only issue was there was no trash can in bathroom and the bathroom sink area was very small

It was nice. It would be great if they add romm service as well.

Need a lounge

I enjoyed the layout of the room as well as having a kitchen area. I was able to re-heat some leftovers on the cooktop versus just microwaving it. If I have to answer, I would say that the items in the small store/market area could be expanded. I forgot to pack both toothpaste and shaving cream and neither were available. I was able to borrow from my colleague that traveled with me.
