Loved the room

We always stay at an embassy when we travel and lately they seemed a little rundown… but not this one, great location, friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and cold just the way I like it. The bed could have been softer but that’s just my preference.

We’ve stayed there many times. The property is always maintained. The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. The room was wonderful. It was spacious. The breakfast selections were exceptional. One if the very best we will be returning in a couple of months.

Everything about the stay was good. Breakfast, staff , room , and happy hour . Be ready to pay a pricey parking fee daily. We would stay there again.

The hotel is ok and the price is reasonable but it is not well maintained. We had a water leak in the shower and they had to move us to a different room. the body wash bottle was empty and the coffee creamer was expired. the breakfast was good and the staff were helpful.

We like this hotel the room is big. I feel very roomy, even though I travel with two kids. Eight include breakfast, happy hour cocktail drink, very good value.

Everything was great. From easy check in to the amenities and all. Just one minor issue the sink faucet was loose and microwave plate not acting steady. We managed though

The pull out sofa bed had a completely deflated, shriveled mattress, and the light blue blankets were so old and dried out that they felt like scratchy plastic sheets. There were two down feather pillows, which was especially frustrating since feather allergies are common in our family. There were no dairy free alternatives available during meals. The pool was dirty and clearly not being maintained properly. To make matters worse, the outdoor area had only one door, and it was constantly being blocked by people trying to watch their children in the pool, making it difficult to get in and out.

A decent hotel. Nothing special.

Great place, I will definitely be back. Would recommend a special rate for UCI parents.

My wife and I loved this property. It felt clean, safe and was in a good location. The breakfast was amazing and complimentary. The only down side was the aircon in the room was very loud when cooling.

Only 1 cook, which backed things up. also no cook every day.

The inside of the building is beautiful. Glass elevators allow you to see where things are in the hotel as you ride to your floor. The free breakfast was amazing! We stayed on a weekend and there was an omelet bar as well as many more choices than I've seen at most hotels. Katrina texted me shortly after checking in to make sure everything was good. My only issues were being charged for parking $37. I didn't see that on their website. Also they said they were pet friendly, but instead of charging an extra fee at check in, they charged us a $250 cleaning fee.

Breakfast was pretty good. Fresh juices and breads. Waffle maker etc
