The lady that checked us in and out was so nice and helpful thank you so much the room was clean the bed was so comfortable the breakfast was cold and ended at 9 that was the only downfall

This hotel is disgusting. There were human feces outside the main entrance, vagrants and beggars, the hotel clerk was far more interested in scrolling on his phone and other times was in his back room watching TV. Couldn't even be bothered to say hello. The breakfast was beyond terrible. Old fruit, no choices and one of the primary reasons for booking this hotel was Expedia claimed "wonderful breakfast" If a packet of freeze dried oatmeal and week old fruit defines wonderful... well so be it. Felt unsafe staying there. Would never visit again. The building is in poor repair, grass and flowers are dead and uncared for, mold everywhere. Just disgusting. Wish there was one good thing I could point out, but there is not.

The room had not been recently vacuumed. The TV channel selection was terrible. My remote wouldn't consistently operate the TV. Just gave up and pushed the buttons on the TV to change channels. The weather stripping was missing on the bottom of the door and there were pretty significant gaps around the door, letting in light and noise. The community areas were not clean, the areas by the elevator needed painting, and the ice machine was not working on the 4th floor. Most concerning was the lack of security. The outside doors don't easily latch, so people can go out to their cars, etc. and not have to use the key to get back in. The breakfast area was not maintained and spills were not cleaned up during the buffet hours.

Not up to expectations. Property and surrounding area is unkept. Trash found laying around. Pool area very run down with peeling paint and flat oversized rafts left in the pool. No vent in the bathroom making it difficult to get ready after a shower. Breakfast options were minimal.

Exterior looks like work needed but room was very clean . Free breakfast was seemed sparse, no fruit, muffins dry even at 6:30am. Cost very low so was good stay for one night. Easy to find off highway.

We needed a place to stay while coming home from Wisconsin. Nice hotel.
-
Staff was very courteous and accommodating. That really made up for any discrepancy.

Check in was ok, although check in person was on her personal phone in speaker mode and continued to talk to that person while I was being checked in. room was in good shape when we arrived with the tissue box having very few tissues left and when they were empty no refill was found. Major problem next morning while attempting to take shower, water flow would not change from tub to shower fully. only a small amount of water went to shower and after a couple minutes completely stopped to the shower. Fast forward to checkout when I told the person at checkout desk, no offer to refund a portion of my fee. I will never stay there again.

Our room was nice and clean and all the staff members were so helpful and friendly! We had FREE Wifi, but no free breakfast so I cannot speak to how the breakfast was during our stay. The FREE coffee and water near the lobby was wonderful! We arrived there late in the evening and the restaurant was getting ready to close and we were very hungry - I asked the server if it was too late for us to get a carryout - she checked with the Chef and he came out and personally took our order - we ate the burger and chicken sandwich in our room and both were so yummy and delicious!! My only complaint was the bathtub ... there were no non-slip stickers on the tub, it was extremely slippery and not safe at all - I fell in a slippery tub once while taking my shower at an Airbnb and that was not good at all. I ended up putting a towel down in the hotel tub and that prevented all of us from falling during our showers. Safety should be #1 to avoid horrible accidental falling in a tub.

My child took his shower first in the morning and he didn't have hot water. I went to take my shower and the water stopped completely. I had to rinse my hair out in the sink. The elevator was not working either, we were on the 4th floor. I've stayed at this property several times and would normally recommend it to anyone. This stay was definitely sub par.

The bathroom was dirty, toilet wasn't clean looked like someone had recentlyused it, toilet wouldn't flush, no hot water in the morning or at night, linen looked questionable.
-
The beds were soft The shower didn't work for 2 days, the pool didn't work, the cable tv didn't work, and for a few hours the elevators even didn't work. It was a horrible experience all away around- i was just too busy with the volleyball tournament to pack up and leave but I absolutely will never be back

I did not like that the pool wasnt open. I asked one staff member they said it was and the other said it was closed. My kids was very disappointed. Was late to work 3 times because the water wasnt working. Told a staff member they offered me to take a shower in another room. Called and talked to another staff member they told me they could give me another room. At that time it was to late. Overall it was clean staff was nice.

Check in was smooth. That’s about it Tv never worked in our room. Room smelt terrible and so did the elevator. Hotel could’ve been cleaner.

We went up to the rooms three times and the key didn't work. On the fourth try, someone came up with me and I was finally able to get into the room. There's a bad smell in the hallways (dampness). The room itself was fine.I didn't like the hallways.

There was a domestic incident where a woman was dragged by a car and was bleeding in the hallway. A few hours later at 11pm the police banged on our door and search our room for a missing child. My 9 year old was absolutely terrified and wanted to leave because she felt so unsafe and not only was the hotel staff rude, they refused to alllow us to check out early and receive a refund. I wanted to cancel the following night and find something safer and they refused and told me I was being ridiculous.
