The carpet was torn, had blue paper visible on top. The tile part of the floor was sticky, I made sure not to walk on it without shoes.

Before I arrived, I called to confirm my check in time. I was told that the room we paid for would not be available because it's first come first served check in system. I had to talk to the front desk person and they were able to "find" a lesser room, however when we arrived it was clear it was not cleaned properly because the floor was sticky and smelled of syrup. We didnt have a complete set of bedsheets for the fold out couch, and it was surrounded in crumbs and dirt. The tv remote either has dead batteries or just didn't work. The tub flooded because it was so clogged and there were several other things that made it feel like an uncomfortable place to be around including patrons who were smoking marijuana in and around the premises. I was thankful that the front desk people who helped me check in at night were available to let me in, but I was very disappointed in the quality of the room for 300 dollars, especially since I did not get what I paid for and it was not the best cleanliness. I didn't complain much because we only needed to stay a day but I expected much better for the price.

I am not from the indy area SO I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS A GOOD SET OF TOWN AND A BAD SET OF TOWN BUT I DO KNOW THAT I AM A SMOKER AND GOING OUT IN THE PARKING LOT. I DID NOT FEEL SAFE.HE IS A TOUGH CHILD.I WENT TO THE GAS STATION RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL AND THE PEOPLE IN THERE.AND THE EMPLOYEES JUST GAVE ME THE IMPRESSION I WASN'T IN SUCH A NICE AREA.

The only nice thing about this hotel was the woman at the front desk. Specifically Charity- as Tonya was rude and very unprofessional. I was in the room for approximately 2 hours before the smell of weed filled the room. Dogs barking in the room upstairs, not to mention a dog in the hallway off its leash. I left the hotel after a couple of hours and checked into a different hotel. The hotel staff refused to work with Expedia and will not refund my money. I am being accused of leaving the room messy (which never happened because I never unpacked my bag). I sat in the room for 2 hours working from my laptop until the weed smell became too strong to ignore. Over all- it was a horrible experience. I would encourage anyone looking for a decent place to stay- to save their money and find a good hotel elsewhere.

Room wasn’t cleaned or functional A clean room without drains on the couch and a functional bathroom sink and TVs.

The first room I was set to smell like marijuana very bad and it had a work ladder in there with plaster all over the floor. They’re basically working in a room, but renting it I complained, and he sent me to another room which ended up being a little bit cleaner, but still remodeled unprofessionally there was wood floating floors in the bathroom and when they get wet, they buckle up so I’m gonna work was definitely an not professional

Staff rude except for one. The older lady had an attitude and didn't want to compensate us for our 2 days that we were without hot water we only got compensated for one day and didn't even have Wi-Fi. When I went to go check out and complain about this she then got upset told me we were only compensated for one day because that's all we deserved so I proceeded to go upstairs. And then called place to complain went downstairs to check out and she tried to put me as DRN because of a couple crumbs on the ground. But during my whole stay they were supposed to come check my TV cuz my TV was broke amongst other things that were wrong with the room.

Friendly front desk staff.

Location to the hospital. I feel like I was ripped off on the pricing. I saw the same room (on the same site that I used) when I was staying there for half the cost. The couch in the living room was torn, the TV did not work, there was a hole in the bedroom door, the entry door was so tight that you could hardly get it open or closed, and very little linens. When I ask for extra linens the man at the desk said he didn't have many, found me a towel and wash cloth. Would not recommend this location. Very run down.

I didn't like being told 3xs between 1030 am and 1045 am about the check out. I was already packing up when they knocked the first time. Housekeeping can do a better job cleaning the rooms
