Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Indianapolis Airport East

I didn’t want to be mean but I keep getting notifications to rate my stay so okay you got it. The place is trash. It’s like a Motel 6 it’s that bad. We checked in and before we left for a concert we came to town to see we made sure the AC was on. It was working fine when we left. We get back to the room and it’s like a sauna in there. So we had to pack up all our stuff at 1 am tired and buzzed from a concert and go upstairs to another room. But before that we had to go to the office with all our crap and get the new key and turn in the other. Of course they couldn't bring it to us. And the new room was on the 3rd floor. The one we moved from was on the ground. So we had to drag all our crap 3 levels up to a new room. No one offered to take anything off the bill at check out. They honestly ruined the good night we had at the concert. I will never go back there again. Oh yea and when they say breakfast it’s like a couple muffins and some apple, orange juice and coffee. Garbage.

A perfectly fine place to spend the night when traveling on a budget. Not a lot of frills to this place, but the bed was clean, the AC was cool, and the TV was functional.

This was the sketchiest motel I have ever stayed at. It was cheap, and our room itself was relatively clean, but it was definitely not worth it. It is noisy, tiny, the breakfast was a joke, it feels unsafe, the building is falling apart. Do not stay here if there are any other options.

Everything smelled like cigarettes. The shower was also the worst shower I have ever taken. The head was at armpit level (I am not tall), it took ten minutes for hot water to arrive, and the water refused to rinse the soap off.

Clean room

We checked in to this hotel and it reeked of smoke and the room was filthy. Dead bugs smashed on the walls, burn marks all over. The ceiling was literally buckling and peeling. We turned around and checked out. Then we were charged for the full reservation 4 days later with the hotel claiming we didn’t cancel the reservation. The gentleman at check in literally took our key and said he understood and we would not be charged. Terrible customer service.

Our air conditioner was loud as hell and didn’t throw out any air. Went down at 8:30 no breakfast to be found juice machine didn’t work Coffee was nasty. It took five days to get my deposit back which every other hotel I’ve stayed at it was back in my account when I checked out or next day. I do not recommend this hotel whatsoever.

It is not kept up well. The towels weren’t clean, the sink drained slowly, and everything about the building just generally looked old and run down. Arriving at night, the area feels sketchy. But the staff at check in was kind and helpful. And it was cheap, so that’s good

Not the cleanest Days Inn. I listened to a customer complain about their room and the staff really didn't care. It is a 1/2 star hotel.

Good and ok

Just had a little trouble figuring out how hot water in shower worked and front door was broken but place was clean, well stocked and staff was friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Will gladly stay again!!

Long story short f*ck this place

Stay away, the place is filthy, falling apart bathroom is extremely small, very noisy, smells bad, not worth it
