Everything was dirty

Not a good place to stay!

The two people in front of me got a refund, although they are not supposed to. I did not act crazy so I did not give me a refund. Currently trying to get my money back.

Our room couldn't be regulated well. The air conditioning did not work as regulated. Temperature not comfortable. When we entered the room the refrigerator did not work. The bathroom toilet leaked and the shower head did not have good water pressure. There was NO hot water the entire time we were there. We informed the desk that we needed a second set of towels and housekeeping never arrived. The Front Desk said 2 hours before towels could be delivered, but no one ever came. We were in town to see family, but this put a huge damper on our stay. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Very dirty inside and out! Bad smell throughout! Asked for more towels never received. Breakfast was not good, stale cereal , Staff were nice . Would not recommend for families with children!

The whole property was dirty. Bad smell. Poorly kept up. Pool not open. No cord on the hairdryer in my room. Breakfast selections were poor.

Terrible hotel. I would not suggest anyone to go to stay here. Very dirty & no cleanliness at all.

Just stop by for 1 night to rest , check in at midnight check out by 9am next morning.

The pictures say this is a Laquinta lobby! Totally mislead us. The rooms were horrible! Had to buy new pajamas just to sleep in the beds. Wore shoes the entire time. Spent more time outside than in.

The property is in disrepair. The bed and sleep space was nice. The property would benefit from renewal.

The window curtain was in disrepair. The room was dark and musty There was 3 lamps in the room all with broken shades. The bathroom was in deed of updating. There was mold on the shower ceiling. The parking lot looked awful, cracked pavement all over the place. I would not subject my wife to a second night, we went to another hotel.

Guest service are rude, no feel safety. Don’t bring family here.

The outside of the building looked ran down. When checking in, the inside looked better. They do not have an elevator so had to walk up stairs which is somewhat difficult for me but i didnt request to be put on first floor so i will excuse that. The smell of the hallway was a little off putting but it wasnt a fowl smell. The room was decent. There was wires hanging outside of the doorknob on the inside so we made sure to use the second lock when in the room. The toliets looked like they would be used for preschool or young children. The towels had stains on them. The microwave did not work and i had to go downstairs and use the microwave in their breakfast area to warm up my food at 11 pm. The socket cover by the closet door was hanging off. Air conditioner was dirty and very dusty. The ceiling in the hallway had black mold.

Sheets and towels cannot be used ! I didn't ask to change them because I had mine. So I had to accept the situation as is for one night !

The place wasn't worth a penny of my money. We stayed somewhere else.

I didn’t stay for breakfast. I stayed 3 hours until I could get my kids to come and get me. Then the clerk said I had them staying in my room and so they are denying me a refund. It is the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. I have stayed in Knights Inn so I know dirty hotels. Cleaning supples wouldn’t have helped. It was that bad. Shouldn’t have booked through booking.com because getting a refund isn’t happening for a 3 hour stay in a dumpster. See above comment. I didn’t like anything!!!!!
