Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Cleveland - Independence

Hotel was perfect for our group that was in for a concert. 10 min ride to the city , great spacious rooms

Clean and fairly new.

One elevator was down. Flickering lights in the room. Sticky syrup on the phone. TV didn’t work. Besides beverages, there were only 2 eggs+2 muffins and a granola bar available when I went down for breakfast. Check in was fast and efficient. Location was perfect!

Staff were friendly and accommodating however, the floors in our room were filthy- turned my daughter’s socks black. Breakfast foods ran out about 7am (starts at 6) and were not restocked.

Overall it is not well maintained. Elevator carpet is soiled and dirty. The "continental" breakfast is quite a joke -- only a couple package food (i.e. ultra-processed factory made food).

My overall experience was disappointing. The shower was not working properly, which was very inconvenient. In addition, the staff was not friendly or helpful when addressing concerns. Unfortunately, the service and accommodations did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

Good price and location but poor hotel.

Not much for breakfast

I did not stay in the room due to the conditions of the room and the limited availibility of other vacant rooms. The bed had dirty, grimy sheets or underwear stuffed on the side of the mattress

It was in a great location with food and attractions. Everything was wonderful!

The breakfast consisted of package muffins that were moist and kids yogurts. And crappy coffee. Would not stay at this hotel chain.

The price was cheaper but you get what you pay for. The hotel is older and needs some updating. The room was a decent size however smelled like cats upon entering and the beds were small (double) and not very comfortable. The pillows were small and you might as well have been just laying your head on the bed. The floors were so dirty and looked like they haven’t been cleaned in years. My kids socks were black after walking on the floor. The staff at check in was amazing and very helpful. The staff the following day looked like she’d rather be anywhere else instead of helping you. The grab and go breakfast consisted of fig neuton bars, crunchy granola bars and packaged muffins. The coffee and hot chocolate were decent. It was in a nice quiet area and close to many amenities.

Do not reccomend unless you dont care were you sleep.

No dishes or utensils in room. Sketchy clientele. Non-working equipment in fitness area.
