Our overall stay was great, the room was well maintained and clean, and the breakfast had a good selection. The only issue we had was the hotel "overbooking" which they only had a King room when we requested a Double bed room through our hotels.com booking. We had a party of 6 which is the reason we needed the extra bed. We were able to make it work and the lady that checked us in did apologize, but it was an inconvenience.

Don’t stay on first floor. Older rooms. Staff was friendly. Drinks in lounge cooler were warm. No 24 hour maintenance. I checked in after they left and hotel room didn’t work. I needed to call front desk for Door Dash.

The experience was really bad. Starting with the nasty pool where you can’t see even what’s in the water because it’s all dark and green. Then the room we got - dirty and outdated with phone not working and AC not working. Thankfully they gave us a different room with working AC after I had to go downstairs to complain. Then breakfast- it was nasty. Not tasty, limited choices and empty trays and pots. Not enough tables to sit at. Worst experience ever. We do not recommend staying there. They need to make some major changes.

The ratings are a little exaggerated. It’s pretty basic, okay.

The room was clean. But the AC was broken. The hotel was overbooked so we didn’t get the room that we wanted. We had to sleep in two separate beds that were smaller than us not pleased.

Sonya at the front desk was a treasure. Smiling, cheerful and extremely helpful. Hyatt can't do better.

Room was clean but showing some signs of age. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Only one hanger in closet.

The lobby & all the common areas were so hot not sure if the ac was broken but it was very hot in the elevator and all the other common areas. The security latch on our door was broken and dangling from the screw. There was a bottle of lotion left from the previous guests as well as a used q-tip in the bathroom & the next morning the toilet stopped working. I also paid $9 for two bottles of water at the reception desk which seems outrageously high for a coupe of waters. Overall wouldn’t stay here again.

I had to ask for them to change my sheets. That's all they did. No vacuum. No cleaning the vanity. Never once cleaned the toilet. The light over the vanity didn't work so there was no lights to brush your teeth etc. They said the maintenance person was running behind. For Eight nights. The GM came and knocked on my door and asked if I was staying here...this after being there two day. She seemed Not to like that I had "booked through a third party" Then they overcharged my credit card. This was a HYATT hotel. I have written the Corporate office. I was helping prepare for my friend's funeral and was too busy to move all my things. They offered another room but it had fans going on a water spill on the carpet!

Close to where I was working Bed was comfortable

Staff was amazing and extremely helpful. Room was as expected and good.
-
Good location, places to eat nearby. Staff could do with a bit more training about what is on locally in the Dallas / Fort Worth areas as didn't seem to know what was going on - there was a World Cup on!!
-
The breakfast was great. I was impressed and appreciated the use of reusable dishes and flatware. Care for our environment shows consideration and responsibility.

We only stayed one night. But it was nothing like the advertisement in the looks and cleanliness. The room was ok (302) but when you ran water in the sink it took forever for it to go down. The so called bar is none existing really. Was just a couple of bottle of everything but the right thing. The best part of the situation was the help and kindness we received from Makayla. She was very nice and very helpful which helped considering the situation. One last thing, there was some sort of water leak on the first floor. So to get to the pool you had to track through a section of wet carpet. Probably won't stay there again!!!
