Not bad for a quick overnight stay.

Very clean, beds and pillows are horrible. No ice, very limited on amenities

Very misleading to have a small kitchen area with cook top and larger fridge. You have to BUY a coffee maker or utensils for cooking from them or bring your own. We missed that somehow in the description.

Add a pool and you’ll be top of the line!!! 😂👌

Everything was perfect!!…we encountered no problems whatsoever…the staff was friendly and helpful and the place was extremely clean…I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others…

It's an extended stay hotel full of work crews. Nothing wrong with that at all but the room is very basic. There is a microwave and a refrigerator and the TV worked fine. Did not use wifi so no idea about that. the bed frame is cheap, it made rattle noise because it's on a hardwood floor - which is easy to clean up fast. It's a bare bones lodging for people to lay their head down after a hard days work who don't need anything more. I needed it last minute and the price was right.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Rooms are equipped with stove, refrigerator, sink and microwave. Cutlery, plates and cooking utensils would have put it over the top!

Was the breakfast included in the package? I did not have breakfast. There were no towels, washcloths, or soap in the bathroom, so my children and I were unable to shower during our stay. We checked in after 4:00 p.m., placed our belongings in the room, and left shortly afterward. When we returned later that night, we discovered that the hotel had not provided towels, washcloths, or soap. There was also no one available at the front desk to assist us. In addition, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Every time someone turned over, the entire bed moved, and as a result, my back is now hurting. To make matters worse, there was a plastic bag containing a Subway wrapper in the room that did not belong to us. After 2:00 a.m., the noise from other guests entering and exiting their rooms was so loud that at one point I thought someone was trying to enter our room. Because of the noise and discomfort, we hardly slept that night. The room had only three pillows on each bed, and they were so soft and flat that they offered no support. We had to use our hands to cushion our heads in order to rest. The following morning, I attempted to check out early. I explained my experience to the receptionist, and although she kindly offered to move us to another room, I declined because I did not believe the experience would improve. She then stated that I would not receive a refund for the early checkout. I explained to her that my reservation and entire stay were less than 24 hours, and that I should receive a refund due to the poor experience. This situation was out of my control, as I had to drive back to Tennessee, and getting a good night’s rest was very important. The stay was horrible, and no one was able to rest comfortably. Between the uncomfortable beds, excessive noise, lack of basic accommodations, and poor sleeping conditions, my family and I did not have a restful or acceptable stay. My reservation was for two days, but my stay lasted less than 24 hours. I booked the room shortly after 12:00 p.m. the previous day and

Ok for a one night stay after a concert. Check in at 5. Given our room keys to get to our room that was still being cleaned. Had to wait 30 minutes to get into room. No towels in room when we got back from late night concert. Bed wasn’t very comfy.
