Everhome Suites Huntsville - Research Park

My family of four stayed here for four days and three nights in a two-queen bed suite. Unfortunately, the experience fell below expectations. The room had several cleanliness issues, including dust on doors and other obviously visible areas, crumbs, hair on the floors, and stained pink sheets that gave the impression they should have been replaced. The refrigerator appeared cleaned but wasn't thoroughly wiped down. The shower had low water pressure and warm water the first night, though the temperature improved afterward. We also expected the sofa to be a pull-out sleeper, but it was just a standard couch. The biggest concern was that around 8:30 a.m. the next morning after checking in, a staff person opened our room door unannounced because it had been mistakenly marked as vacant and didn't show anyone checked in from the previous night. Thankfully, I was near the door and stopped the entry immediately while my family was still sleeping. Finally, we observed what appeared to be an active roach issue, with several outside the entrances and in the kitchen area of our suite. This property has potential, but it needs improvements in housekeeping, pest control, and room management.

The staff were very helpful and the rooms were very clean. I will say that the beds where the best that I have ever slept on for as a motel room. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking.

If you can overlook the fact that you might have someone staying over you that stomps or moves stuff around late night. There is no carpet on the floors BUT I like that. They still get a high mark in my book

It was walking distance to the Orion theater and plenty of great food options near. The hallways smelled a bit but rooms were not so bad.

Comfortable bed, spacious room, mini kitchen, nice shower and couch Little tight by the bed & air unit but manageable for me. Our light fell off scared us at 6 am
