The property does not look like the pictures online. The description states that the entire property was remodeled in 2023. This is not truthful. Some parts, maybe. I could not stay because I did not feel safe, the room was very outdated (not renovated as stated), meth heads staying at the hotel (had a picture), kitchen not cleaned well (old coffee spilled and left) nor equipped for cooking (only a of few pots and pans), bathroom had peeling mirror and floor was not cleaned well either. As I was leaving the property, I politely, but clearly explained why I was leaving. The front desk clerk assured me that she would authorize a refund but Expedia could not reach anyone to help. So far, email requests for a refund have been denied. I am still trying and have emailed the manager directly. I am planning to follow up with the uprooted management company, JP Asset Management. They need to know about the issues so they can help make changes right away. I am still fighting with the property manager over a refund. I hope that they choose best business practice over a little bit of money. I also had to go find another hotel and spend another $$$. I hope that after all parties read this review, action is taken to resolve this unfortunate situation and I am able to update this post. N/A Double charged by hotel. Called the hotel and talked to general manager and they ghosted me after I asked for a refund.

Amazing experience! Highly recommend. Staff was amazing!

We did not have breakfast, but the staff was really helpful both checking in and checking out. The room was small but just the right size for my husband and me. Oh, and the gym looked great too. They had really great selection of food to purchase in the lobby. The comfort of the room temp.

One of the best stay I have so far. Clean room, amenities are awesome. The crew are very professional.

Clean room, free Laundry, staff is good, but the hotel policy is funny, you will be listed as "NO SHOW" if you couldn't make it there on their check-in time. I paid full price for 4 nights there but Hotel policy revoke it and wont let me have my room and hotel won't refund me. lucky i bought trip protection so Expedia dealt with them, but i have to pay out of pocket for 1 night there. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!

Great location

Never stayed at a place with this kind of front desk. It was sketchy. I didn't even make it to a room. Booking.com had over sold and Sonesta did not have a room available for me. I was thankful!

When I tried to check in, I was informed that they didn’t have any rooms. Never tried to contact me beforehand. While I was standing there two other people were allowed to check in. I will never book at this property again and may never use this service again because of the way this has all been handled.
