Hyatt Place Huntsville/ Research Park/ Redstone

They were under staffed for cleaning two late for checking in due to room not ready Hotel did not offer any thing for that Will not book with them again

Victoria at the front desk was extremely sweet and kind! We encountered her twice yesterday at the front desk and she was a true gem! Her smile and friendliness is what you want when checking in to a hotel! We have stayed here multiple times and love this hotel but Victoria really stood out with her exceptional customer service!

We stayed in a suite with 6 people. 1 bathroom with 2 doors, 2 rooms with separate living and kitchen area. The thermostat is located in living room so that room stayed cool but got warm during the night in bedroom area. Facility was clean and staff friendly.

House keeping has not cleaned our room in 5 days

The room was so clean and welcoming. The staff were warm and friendly. Breakfast bar could've been been stocked and prepped better.

We stayed for four very comfortable nights the at the Hyatt Place. The staff were polite, helpful, and attentive. The breakfast options were great, BACON, and the dining area was well maintained; we delayed our very long drive home to eat breakfast before we left. The free wifi service was weak and could be improved. We’ll stay here again if we’re in the Huntsville area again.

This hotel is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and features an incredibly friendly staff. The location is perfect—less than 5 miles from the NASA space museum and right next door to fantastic shopping options. An elevated breakfast with great hot options made the stay even better. Highly recommended!

The room wasn’t very clean. There was an empty liquor bottle in one of the kitchenette drawers. Also an empty liquor bottle and empty case of some canned alcoholic beverages were left in one of the bedroom drawers. There was also small debris left on the floor (candy wrappers, etc). We booked a suite with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa bed. The sofa bed mattress was TERRIBLE. Will probably find another place to stay the next time we visit.
