Interesting thing is that they don’t provide soap, or even hand soap. I thought they forgot to put it but when asked, the from desk told, we only provide shampoo and conditioner. I had to buy a hand soap from outside Included breakfast was few cold packed sandwiches, and muffins with coffee. Thats all. Overall, not too bad for a short stay but doesn’t justify the price.

This hotel was GARBAGE!!!! Staff wasn’t able to communicate properly and just ignored us. Elevator was broken. No breakfast. It has an odor that was unexplainable. No towels…dirty rooms and bugs!!!!

There was no soap, tissue, coffee, or coffee cups in the room. The chair was filthy and the AC never got colder than 75 degrees. It looked like a dying hotel that was hotel that could got out of business at any time.

The staff was gracious enough to move me to another property with a pool, Garner on Harwin Dr. Nice property but pool looked like it had not been cleaned for quite some time and whirlpool was out of order and nasty.

Nothing 3 adults staying in one room with two queen beds. I towel, 1 wash cloth. Went to call downstairs to request towel the phone did not work. Went down stairs was told they would not have towels for about a hour was told we would be able to pick towels up when we came back there would be some at the desk. Came back sign up stated no rooms available and no towels. I spoke to the gentleman behind the counter and I was told there were no towels left for us as a, but the lady stated she would have some and save them Force. He then told me the lady from earlier lied to me. I told him I wanted a refund. He said I should get one for the service that was being given. The next morning when we went down to check out the lady behind the counter, stated that she had the towels behind the counter, but the gentleman said he did not want to give them to us because there was many people around, asking for tiles that was not correct. How can a hotel not have towels for the guest that have already booked and they know they’re coming in. I will never stay there again and reserved about using Booking.com ever again.

For some reason there ran out of soap, towels and the older man who was at the desk at night wanted to be ok with that, he said there’s nothing he can do and ask if I wanted a shampoo!!! Another thing is why require a $100 deposit for a 1 day stay that’s crazy to me. The hotel is very nice in terms of location, cleanliness, and all that but the management is failing.

The price was okay. They kept trying to charge my card everynight at 4am for more money than I paid for the room. I had already paid through booking but I had 4 declined charges for 123 dollars

They didn't change our bed sheets for 2 days and refuse to return our 100 dollars deposit, until now they are not picking call,we want our 100 dollars deposit back Room service, and refund me ,my 100 dollars deposit, its stealing when I have to fight for my money to be return

Horrible hotel, horrible staff. Air conditioning didn’t work in room, one set of towels and dirty!!! Asked for a new room or willing to pay for upgrade and told nothing available. Checked out after 20 mins, was told we’d get a full refund. That never happened. Called after a week to check on refund and was told they will not refund us. HORRIBLE hotel all around. Disgusting!
