Well I thought breakfast was free but it wasn’t rooms were to small bed were to hard water was not hot enough you need to do better because all that money had to pay for parking next time I will not booked downtown

Great location 1st time I have had to pay for breakfast at a IHG . But it was a full breakfast same daily eggs Potatoes and sausage patties

This was my second stay there. It’s walking distance from Toyota Center and they have a shuttle that will drop you off and pick you up from events

The room was fine and the shuttle service was great!! Just the lobby smelled like a Home Depot and looked like one as well Im sure it will be ok once its done!

Poorly done renovation in guessing some newer looking fixtures attached to old decaying ones. Ice machine on even floors of course I’m on level 3 go to 2 machines out of service, television didn’t work. $30 on site parking dumpy parking lot that’s not really connected to property. There for one night only so just went to sleep and checked out in the AM

Check in took like two hours, they should’ve anticipated that a lot of guests were expected because of the Workd Cup and have more staff

We like the location and price point of this hotel when we just need an overnight stay in downtown Houston. Great location to Downtown and Midtown. Unfortunately there have some major renovation going right now that would be have nice to know ahead of time. Still a decent hotel.

the property was not as clean as I would have expected, however the room was nice. The biggest turn off was the paying for parking when you are already staying there. I won't be staying again for that reason alone. There are other hotels in the same area that do not charge.

The staff was nice. The beds were comfortable.and the room was clean. Kind of needs to be remodeled. Offer snacks and drinks in the lobby or anywhere on the property
