The staff were very friendly, the place was very clean and fresh specially the bed, sheets and pillows. The room was clean and fresh also very cool temperature. Over all I had an awesome time atvthe hotel.

Great location for NRG stadium, clean lobby and rooms. Very spacious room. Great breakfast and pool.

Staff nice, facility somewhat clean. Breakfast marginal. Ants and dying cockroaches in toom.

I really enjoyed my stay. The property is within walking distance of NRG Stadium, and only about a 10 minute drive to my Doctors’ office in the medical center. There are also, several eating places near by, which are all pluses, but the most important thing for me was the great service. The staff were extremely nice, and wonderfully accommodating.

The hotel was greatly located for a game at NRG stadium. Their breakfast was decent. The rooms were spacious and clean. Unfortunately the staff was not very helpful. Despite several phone calls they still haven’t fixed an issue with my bill and they haven’t been responding to an item we left behind.

Poor customer service when water went out in whole hotel. Could have been handled better and manager did not seem to recognize issue or want to follow up with assistance.

Good location and the rooms and lobby are nice When we arrived to the hotel there was no water about for 4 hours then when it came back just for 1 hour and then was no water again, also when eat the breakfast there was a hair in my food
