Holiday Inn Express & Suites Houston North Intercontinental by IHG

The property was close to restaurants and included a fresh breakfast.

Breakfast was great, the staff was amazing, the property was not well kept, beautification definitely needed.

The only positive thing I can say about this place is the staffs, very nice and helpful. Everything else terrible. The place doesn’t look as the picture. My room was not cleaned for days, I had to ask the front desk then they texted a staff to come to my room. I just had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper myself. The toilet makes very very loud noise when flush. The shower makes loud noises when turned on. The light was flashing but the staffs addressed it right a way when I told them. I’ve never encountered anything like this. The next day the cleaning staffs came around 9 AM, why so early? Don’t they have the policy to check out at 11, that’s when they start cleaning? I told the lady I’ll be out of the room in an hour and she said she came back but never return, again, my room was not cleaned, no fresh supply. I think Holiday Inn is old now, not like the old days, not running well. I will not book with Holiday Inn again.

Breakfast wasn’t that great. Parking was awesome. Gated parking. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

They have a second building that's not connected and you'll have to walk to the main building for the exercise room, breakfast or and other amenities it was a little inconvenient considering that it rained every day

Every thing was great. Free parking was wonderful.

At first, the room was well prepared but a day after, two days after, there were no clear towels and the room was not cleaned either. Breakfast area was great. The front clerk was great and the parking was great and the property was clean.

It had a waterline break in the hotel when I was there. The lobby was flooded. The next day it was fixed. Looked like nothing happened. Staff was slow to bring towels.

The staff were kind and seemed to be doing the best they could with what they had. The property was in bad shape. Even with some renovations, it seemed like a bandaid over a broken bone.

Very old and dated. Rooms were musty and had a weird smell. My kids didn’t want to use the bathroom because it was dirty.

Stayed in the second building they have due to remodeling but rooms clean and nice. Staff was friendly and very helpful.
