Really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The only downside was the dining area is closed for lunch. They do have a snack bar for when the restaurant is closed but was hoping for a meal. All in all, a good stay and will come back again. Staff was great.

First, let me begin by stating I’m an MDA leukemia patient, and we normally stay at Rotary House, but it was full on this date. The room was fine, although we do not like duvets, and there weren’t any blankets. The room has a small refrigerator which does not have an ice compartment, so don’t bring anything that needs to be frozen. I could not figure out the coffee machine, and there were no instructions. In addition, the hotel only provides one packet each of regular coffee, decaf and tea, so if you’re a coffee drinker like me, I was told to talk to the staff, but they weren’t around. At check out, we discovered the parking garage where we were told to park cost $20 for one night. That on top of the escalated hotel fee because of the World Cup—almost twice as much as Rotary House, convinced us we will not return.

Its was clean for the most part. However I checked in Friday out Monday….. still waiting for towels. 2 towels for 4 people. Called and went 4 times to ask. None were ever provided. I had to hunt someone down. My kids used wet cold towels as we needed to leave to visit my nephew in hospital awaiting a heart transplant. And staff had attitude about it!!

I ended up having to transfer to a different room because the initial room's AC was not working. The transfer was smooth and the front desk concierge was extremely helpful.

It was an easy check-in process. The hotel grounds from front to back were clean including the parking garage.
