    The staff was ultra courteous and kind. The facility was very clean and we did not experience any issues with the room. The other guests, however, were using enough marijuana throughout their visit that the entire building had a pot smell to it. It was everywhere. We also were woken up multiple times our first night by partying neighbors. The manager asked them to quiet down a couple of times and they finally did. We were moved to a different room (albeit a smaller one) for the next two nights. It was obvious that multiple rooms had guests that were smoking the devil's lettuce as the second floor room we were moved to also had the odor of pot smoke around it in the hall. The area around the hotel is also pretty sketchy (lots of people asking for money and walking/wheeling themsleves in and out of traffic). There was on sight security and we never felt unsafe, but this hotel was not a place we would stay at again. We would rather pay a little more and be in a better part of town. I will say again, though, the staff was wonderful and I give them a 10/10. The overall experience with the property was a 5/10.

    When I arrived at my room the first thing I noticed was the window was busted from the top to the bottom, dirty q-tip behind the bathroom door on the floor, fridge was over freezing on the bottom half cause it to run on the floor

    Juanita was awesome. She was so sweet everyday at breakfast. The breakfast was always delicious. The blond lady that worked in the afternoon at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

    Excellent experience, Very clean, the rooms are great, and the breakfast is delicious, the lady in charge ( Yalexi) is really nice, maintaining everything clean, food hot, making sure everybody is good.

    Everyone was friendly but the hotel was full of mold. We stayed a week, and used the pool multiple days- the pool area wasn’t cleaned a single time we were there. The bathroom in the hotel room was super moldy and made my family and I sick. They tried covering it up with wallpaper… Every time we would go in there, we would sneeze a bunch of times. it happened to ALL of us. Especially during/after showering. It was so bad. & The bathroom vent didn’t work. The first night, we were getting ready for bed and the lights were off- I turned them on in the kitchen and there were at least 15 little bugs crawling all over the kitchen floor. Last day, we tried washing our clothes before we left… it took 2 & 1/2 hours for one small load to wash & dry. Turns out, the dryer we were using didn’t work :) we had to sit in the lobby and waste hours with a toddler. Again, the people were friendly. That’s the only plus to this hotel.
